Assuming your aren't using this story to audition to be a Penthouse Forum staff writer, this could be a wonderful opportunity to check off "sister/sister threesome" from your bucket list. If you get the chance, you might want to blow the budget (pun intended) on this, even if it ends up costing you 3 months' worth of LD funds.

My experiences with TSAPre and Clear:
TSAPre is a clear winner. It's available at almost every major airport in the US, and those airports that don't have it are generally not busy enough to have long security screening lines.
CLEAR has problems. It is not available in as many airports/ternminals as TSAPre, and the CLEAR kiosks (located in a parallel lane to TSAPre) are not staffed as many hours as TSAPre (which is open whenever the security line is open). I had a lot of 7:15 am flights when I had CLEAR only to find out the CLEAR kiosk didn't open at that airport/terminal until 8:00 am.
No experience with Global Entry as I no longer travel internationally very often. But I'd recommend looking up the Visa/Entry processes for your international destinations for alternative methods to get through their customs and immigration at least 60 days before you fly. You can often sign up for some type of fast lane/electronic process that minimizes the need for face-to-face checkpoints.

LA is a big place... what part are you talking about? Downtown, South LA, East of LA (City of Industry), West LA, the Valley? Each of these areas have several clubs.
Also, it's not uncommon to see A-, B- or even C-list porn stars dancing all over LA. With production of porn disbursing to other areas in the last 10 years (Miami, Texas, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Prague, Czech Republic, etc.) there is less local work for active porn stars, especially those who don't want to (or cannot) travel.
Finally, there are two modes for porn stars dancing at clubs: Feature Dancing and just dancing (working). Feature Dancers get paid by the club to appear. The club typically posts ads promoting the appearance and schedules multiple show times for her performances. Porn stars not being featured are just working at the club as an contractor or employee and will be expected to pay house fees, tip outs, etc. just like any other dancer there.
In the Valley, Deja Vu and Spearmint Rhino often have feature dancers (say 1 or 2 per quarter). While Deja Vu, Xposed (which is owned by a former 80's era male porn star), and Synn North Hills sometimes have porn actresses dancing UTR.
In West LA, I've seen porn stars working (not as features) at 4Play, Plan B, and rarely at 7th Veil.
As CJKent says, don't expect to get extras from a porn star ITC, especially if she's feature dancing. BUT - if you are on your game, and have established some level of rapport and trust, some may be open to UTR OTC. I have closed 3 or 4 of these opportunities over the last 8 to 10 years.

The article makes it clear those arrested responded to fake ads placed by LE and they explicitly requested and offered to pay for sex with minors. TER does not allow any messages, reviews, or ads for, or about anyone under 18.
The article also reads like the LE version of a club ad for the local police department.

And to be clear, I do not believe that "strategy" would ever prevail in court. And @skibum609 pointed out why.
BUT a disreputable lawyer may take any number of actions/send any number of threat letters to the OP that will harass him to the point convincing him to take stupid action, like paying off the lawyer/girl, or "getting ahead of the problem" by telling his wife/family and employers. Just having to discuss it with those groups will presumably be a disaster for him.
I think it's important recognize that the standard of "I will in in court" or "I won't get convicted of that crime" is the wrong way to think about legal risks. The process to get to a "good" verdict is always costly and almost always embarrassing; arrest/suit filed, discovery/subpoenas, interrogations/depositions, and then repeat with every one you know who might be impacted or implicated... So yes, he will prevail in court, but at what costs to him, his family, and his career?

1. Stay with the get to know you, and comments on profile approach.
2. Do not ever make an "x for y" offer on the site's message system. If it gets reported or they monitor it, you will be banned.
3. Once/if you get traction (you may need to contact 10-15 to get one) move the convo off site to text, email, WhatsApp, etc. There you can exchange more details, including financial when appropriate
4. Approach a 1st meet more like a job interview than a "lets meet and fuck" date. Those who respond well to that will be looking for an ongoing arrangement. Some thoughts/observations:
@DandyDan - You make a good pint about "enjoying her company" being more important than purely physical looks (within a certain hotness range, of course). I suspect that the older the PL (especially those of us over 50), the more true this is. When I was 28, I was always looking for the hottest stripper I could find, regardless of her personality. Now that I am older, I look for the dancer who makes the best connection with me. So talking to, getting dances from, and even looking for extras from a 7 when there are multiple 9's and 10's around can often be a win for me.
@Group: This is more an empirical observation than a scientific analysis, but it seems that there is an inherent skew to the 1 to 10 system with regard to average vs. mode. What I mean is that on a linear 1 to 10 scale, the average rating should be 5, and as such, we should all be "willing" to spend time/money on any dancer who is at least "average". But the 1 to 10 scale appears to be more of a non-linear scale, where the higher up you go, the more each new point adds to the perceived quantity/quality of hotness. For example, in a linear scale, a 7 should be 10% hotter than a 6. But based on comments here and on other threads, that is not true. An 8 may be perceived as 20% to 30% hotter than a 7. In addition, there seems to be a fairly hard floor on who a PL will spend money/time with at 7. We all seem to be ok with talking to, dancing with, and fucking a 7 or higher, But we rarely seem to engage at all with a 6 or lower (except for desperate circumstances of course).
So is the new "average" (i.e.: the minimum acceptable level of hotness for action) at 7? If so, then I submit that a 1 to 10 scale has even less utility than ever. Perhaps a new approach (if we MUST quantify) would be as follows:
A 6 or less = TLTR (Too low to rate)
All others:
7 = ALH (Average Level Hottie)
8 = HTA (Hotter than average)
9= MLH (Model Level Hotness)
10= SMH (Super Model Hot)
It's a bit wordy in this form, but you get the idea...

Hmm... excellent topic for discussion. I see several angles that bear exploration here:
1. Ethics: From an ethical POV, I think you had an obligation to help her get safely home (or wherever). Not because she's an SB, but because you have a moral obligation to anyone who might be impaired and you see they probably should not be driving. The situation would be the same if this was a "regular" date, a friend at a party, or a work colleague at a "business lunch." She may not have accepted your Uber or other offer, but I think you erred in not connecting the dots between 3 drinks and bad weather.
2. Legal - From your POV: I don't think you are on the hook for the type of liability (medical, car repairs, property damage, time lost from work, etc.) that may come from a lawsuit or criminal investigation. She's 21, was there on her own volition, ordered the drinks herself, did not commit any crimes (except DUI), and you did not coerce her in any way. But...
3. Legal from her POV: If I was her lawyer (I am not a lawyer) and she asked me to sue you, I'd go to town on you full throttle. I'd suggest you coerced her into prostitution (you didn't), you deliberately pumped her full of booze (you did not), you threw her out of the room when you were finished "using" her (you did not) and you did it all with negligent indifference to her needs or incapacitated condition (again, you did not). These arguments would probably, ultimately fail as the actual laws are on your side. But you might have to see all this play out in court in front of a jury and perhaps in the local press. And, if the lawyer finds out you were at the hotel as part of your regular work hours or work assignment, he'd likely sue your employer for negligence for not properly supervising you. So you would have to fully disclose your Sugaring to your boss and company, risking your job, professional reputation, and possibly retirement benefits.
So ultimately, I don't think the important question is "Am I liable?" The important question is "Do I want to go through the process of proving I am not liable?"
You might want to follow up with her and see if she's ok, needs help with car repairs (even if it means giving her a few hundies) and generally express your concern for her and willingness to help her "get back on her feet" (pun not intended, though it's a pretty funny pun). And from a Sugaring POV, that's the right thing to do as well, assuming you'd like the option of seeing her again the next time you are around her area.

Although many of the posters here have done well investing in stocks, this is not a question for this crowd. Instead, I suggest you pony up the cost of one or two VIP's and consult a financial planner or certified investment advisor. Choose one who is legally obligated to represent your best interests, not a sales rep for a brokerage firm.
Having said that, I suspect you will find that diversifying your investments is always a good strategy. Choosing stocks (or even better, mutual funds) across small cap, medium cap, large cap, income vs growth, various industries (tech, medical, energy, manufacturing, etc.), and domestic vs, emerging markets will always be a good idea.
Cheaper method: Go look at the web sites for companies like ETRADE and Ameriprise and read the sections on investment strategies and try the online investor planning tools.
Final thought: Free advice is worth every penny you paid for it.
