Standard pricing is $20 or $25 PER dance. Could be more or less depending on location. Some tip after a set of dances, some don't. Some buy a predetermined amount of time or a predetermined activity. Otherwise ask Dougster.

I am not aware of any sort of enforcement agency that will jump in when a rule violating member is capriciously suspended or banned. Doing that sort of thing may have an impact on the site, but that may not be readily apparent.
