In the major cities on the West Coast, the police don't have time to bother with anything less than a shooting; and even then not too much if nobody was hit. Defunding began it. Then cops took advantage of their retirement opportunities. (One thing the police do extremely well is lobby for generous pensions at early retirement.) And police departments have trouble hiring because everyone is having trouble hiring, and because it's now perceived as a crappy job. However, in Oregon the liquor control people have demanded cameras in clubs that serve alcohol. They are the biggest PITAs.

To clarify, when you said "nearly all the dances gave little mini-laps to nearly every patron," did you mean those sitting at the rack? There are usually some guys sitting at the bar, the video poker machines and the tables near the stage. I didn't them getting any action, but maybe I was at the rack and focused on the dancer.

Putty, thanks for the review. It's worth having the info you provided. Do not feel obligated to make another visit to see what a dancer would be like. Telling us that there was no dancer present at 12:30 is plenty of help.

+1 for "I never tip if not earned." But I'm happy to tip when I'm happier than I expected to be.

Perv, you wrote, "you went during the afternoon without having a provider in mind." The first sentence of the post was "My visit was 10:15 pm to midnight." My experience at Pandora's is that mileage is easier in the afternoons, but certainly also available at night from a variety of providers. This is a place where you can be specific about what you want. You'll find someone willing to provide at a reasonable price.

Used to be my go-to when I went to DC a lot, but only because everything else close in sucks (in the bad way). The positives back in the day were very hot girls who were very friendly. The negative was zero mileage. Sounds like nothing has changed. Good burgers, by the way.
