Doesn't look natural at all to me, not in the parts you can see. Not my type at all, but if she were there and nobody else interested me I certainly wouldn't turn her down just on some theoretical preference principle. Presuming she actually IS a she and not a he, as others have also suspected.
I am willing, reluctantly, of course, to take one for the team and perform a personal, up close, physical inspection to determine the validity of any profession of artificial enhancement of body parts.
