Side note: during my time at Landing Strip near Detroit, I noticed VERY few girls cleaning up upon returning to the floor from VIP. However, at Flight Club, girls are always running to the locker room to clean up after VIP.

You're overthinking it. Dancers are more prone to steal from each other than customers. This also isn't the 90s or early 2000s when stripping was more taboo and drugs and theft were prevalent. I think you need to drop the stereotypes and be more open minded. Or maybe I just work at good clubs with girls who don't fulfill stereotypes.

The $100 house fee starts after the second song in VIP. I had a disagreement once though because I actually did two legit dances and they tried to charge me. That's when I learned they they mark the time the dancer went back and when she comes out. They assume every song is 3-4 minutes, so the $100 house fee is actually charget by time in back and not by actually doing two songs. It's almost tricking everyone into having to pay the $100 fee.
If the dancer doesn't go to VIP, then it's whatever she owes minus that $100. The fee is $75 on day shift and Sunday evenings.

FC will not keep your keys over w disagreement. Valet is to keep the riff raff out. They have a certain image they're trying to uphold. And riff raff trash like Pussylicker can't afford FC so he comes up with delusions to try to convince others of why valet is bad.
Also, the song by song couch dances are $30, not $40. She may charge $40/song, but you're only obligated to pay $30/song if there's a disagreement. As for her pulling that act, I don't agree with it and I'm sorry she didn't provide full disclosure and wasted your time.

I'm originally from somewhere 40 mins from Cadillac. I've worked at the two clubs in Traverse City, but not this one. I know one in TC is struggling, so I'm surprised Coz's is still open given Cadillac is smaller. Appreciate the review.

$250 is not overpaying for FC. The tip out at this club is the highest in the entire State. *If* the dancer is on time and on stage for review AND on schedule, the first $138 ($150 rounded up) goes to the club if she goes to VIP.
FC kinda forces us to have GPS so we can leave with decent money. The lower prices at other clubs can be attributed to them having lower tip out rates.
And because prices are high at this club, I'm convinced Pussylicker is such a whiney little bitch about FC because he can't actually afford fuck the 7s-10s at FC and is stuck with the two Hamilton bars and their $50 bj specials. Either he can't afford it, or he works for one of the Hamilton clubs (Bogarts and H8 are owned by someone with that last name).
Mandatory valet is a thing to keep the riff raff out. This has been said to me numerous times at both FC and LS.

@MrTibbs, I see your point, but try to imagine being in our shoes. Risking our sexual health for a profit of $50 if a $200 deal is agreed upon. Yes, $200 is a lot, but the tip out at that club is so insanely high that it makes us have to have some kind of gps just so we can pay the bar and also leave with a livable income.
Some girls there do have outrageous prices (a few never went to VIP because they refused to budge below 1k), but the club kinda forces the GPS. What if I accept a $200 offer on a slow week night and keep $50... But that's the only $50 I made because it was so slow that nobody new came through the door for the rest of the night? What is $50 going to do for me for rent and bills? This is why GPS there exists.

^ yeahhh... LS's tip out is literally half of what FC's tip out is. FC used to be so slow on the weeknights in Fall 2021 that I could have napped in between stage sets and still not missed a damn thing. I wanted to freelance, but it's $75 more per shift on top of whatever tip out and possible late fees the dancer already owes.

FishHawk, it's best not to question why it uses the rhetoric it does toward women. I asked that same question assuming some woman has probably hurt it in its life so much that it caused it to have this attitude. I've now come to the conclusion after doing some research and asking other TUSCLers, that it doesn't go to clubs as much as it claims to, nor does it have any sort of a social life outside of TUSCL.
In the way that it acts like a savior for the men of this site in reporting what goes on on stripper Reddit, I've come to conclude that it has few or no friends in real life and is seeking validation from the men of this site by using hateful rhetoric toward women. It's hoping others will agree with it when it calls women cunts and whatnot. However, if you notice, it likes its own comments. Maybe once or twice, another member will like something it comments as well, but for the most part you'll see that it likes its own comments - especially those in which it believes it's being a savior and seeking validation from others. Perhaps it doesn't realize that we can see who likes a comment or not, or perhaps it is hoping others will follow suit and like the comment, too.
It is also a self-proclaimed pothead, which it uses to mask it's loneliness. Aside from paying women to give a fuck about it temporarily, it truly is a lonesome little thing in the big world on this site seeking validation from you guys hoping somebody will agree with its hatred toward women.

And before I am accused of commenting off topic, allow me to contribute now. I believe in fairness and honesty. I don't agree with the girls who steal from customers. I see this job as a sales job with a twist of customer service. Most of the girls scamming PLs and acting as ROBs most likely have never held any kind of a normal job in the actual workforce or are desperate for whatever money they can get. I don't agree with what they do, but as a fellow stripper, I understand where they're coming from and I, myself, see and hear girls I work with do it. I have also had many opportunities to steal from and rip off customers, but I do believe in karma, so I haven't knowingly ever done so.
Strip clubs were *originally* made for entertainment and for a fantasy. I don't think it's in a customer's best interest to attend a strip club with the intention of screwing over a dancer. There are managers and owners (babysitters) who do care about the customers; and instead of wasting your time and effort on trying to teach a dancer a lesson, have the babysitters of that dancer do it instead. Simply walk away and enjoy the rest of your evening after informing the babysitters of that dancer and then write a review to warn others.

Strip clubs are supposed to be about the titties. Not pool. I think having a pool table deflects attention that should be on dancers if a customer doesn't see anyone they like working that shift. On the flip side, I think playing pool could be a good ice breaker between a dancer and a customer.

@Papi, when I worked there last year, many of the more attractive girls started at $600 and work their way down. I know one of my friends paid $600 for FS with a name that has already been mentioned in the comments. When I worked there, I tried to stay within the $400-$500 range. I sometimes got people back for $500, but not often enough for me to wish for those prices. Overtime, I ended up just asking customers what they were working with and what they were willing to spend. After hearing their response and from knowledge of what I read on this site and USASG, I know customers always come in with more money than what they quote or counter with. Depending on different variables at play, I would either add $50 or $100 more than what they replied to my question with. I did do some VIPs for $200, but it was always only if I had already gone to VIP for much more previously during the shift. $200 would be a profit of only $50 after tip out which is definitely not worth it for what's actually going on in VIP. One of the reasons I left is because a lot of girls from Miami started working there and they were charging $200 for every trip to VIP for BJs or FS. When I worked there, I tried to go to the VIP maybe once or twice every night, but I couldn't compete with these girls who are charging $200 for everything all night long with every customer.
I have been thinking about going back recently. Stuff is rough right now and selling extras is way easier than selling normal dances. I don't think there are a lot of girls working there on night shift anymore, but if there aren't enough customers to sustain a livable income, I might not go back yet.
