  Amber Heard ? No. What city did she work in ? Anna Nicole Smith ? I didn't "have" her. But I met her when she worked at Rick's Cabaret in Houston. This is before Mr Marshall made her his bride. She was drop dead gorgeous back then. I didn't know what extras were back then. And I was probably too damn poor for her. I was in my 20's back then.
