Dancers are definitely making money in NJ and the house fees are way lower. In Manhattan $200 vs $40 in NJ
NJ has an easier schedule whereas NYC requires you to work 3x per week.
NYC requires a social security while NJ clubs do not
NYC you get a 1099 because some clubs will give you checks
In NYC it’s miss or hit vs NJ where it consistent or hit big

I hate the stigma around girls who do extras.
I work at a club now most nights I don’t do extras and still make money. Most often then not the man that I go into the CR with we’re not doing anything but fondling. Am I ugly? Hell No. Am I on drugs? No Have I worked at clean clubs? Yep more than extra clubs

If you want to bring back good clean fun you should definitely talk to management or a owner because any club that I did anything extra in was the culture of that club. Nothing is a secret. And people gonna do what the owner allows.
I’ve always wondered why when dancers know the nature of said club that they continue to work there just to complain. I’ve been dancing many years and trust me it ain’t have nothing to do with dancers doing extra shit in the club that is ruining it.
I’m from nyc where back in the day there were streetwalkers butt naked right outside the clubs and with all that opportunity it never stopped customers from spending money. And they were attractive.
There’s no such thing as a clean club you just ain’t got enough to make management look the other way

To clarify. During the lockdown it was illegal to open event spaces. My friend owned the space.

My customers would rent out the event space for $50 and we would listen to music, drink and dance. If they had friends I would book another dancer. The customers loved that exclusivity. I had the time of my life during lock down. Customers took me on trips and everything

I’d go to NYC then. It’s not extra heavy and you can make money. But I don’t know if it’s great enough for the drive it’ll depend on ya quota. I work at urban clubs if that’s ya thing. The only Manhattan club with income consistency for me was Ricks.
There’s a lot of competition in nyc tho. It’s over saturated. Queens has Show palace I made a lot of money there. Vanity is good too
