Are there disease/safety risks with fingering and fisting?

Are there disease risks for the PLs hand or arm from fingering or fisting someone? What about risks for the stripper/woman? Is it just an excuse if a woman says disease risks/dirty finger risks, so no fingering ITC?
Apparently some people have gotten warts or blisters on their fingers from fingering someone but I would imagine that is exceedingly rare. Maybe if you have an open sore or wound on the hand.
Is it safe to say if a dancer doesn’t allow fingering, fisting, or the usage of toys/cucumbers ITC in dances, that she is unavailable for OTC, maybe unless some crazy amount is offered?
Additionally, if a dancer claims she doesn’t offer OTC, is it safe to assume she never will, or do things somehow change if you continue to buy dances from her? I would imagine if you keep buying dances from her, she will never offer OTC unless it was for a good price. Whereas if you stop buying dances from her entirely, would that increase the chances that she becomes more open to offering OTC since you’re no longer giving any money to her?
If you spend a lot on dances with her over a month, than stop buying any dances entirely, would that encourage her to be more open to OTC? Since the money attained over that month can have a drug like effect and cause an addiction to the money for some people.
I am not looking on how to get her to like me or how to date or be in a relationship with her... just looking to do a purely transactional OTC setup.

BigThirdEye is just cacaplop trying to swamp these forums with repetitive, stupid questions, either via his own threads or crashing other threads.
But, as always, take a look at his posting history and judge for yourself.
If engaging with his inane posts is fun for you, then go for it.
Otherwise, don't think you're answering sincere questions.

“In this world, shipmates, sin that pays its way can travel freely, and without a passport; whereas Virtue, if a pauper, is stopped at all frontiers."

Most men don’t wash their fingernails let alone their hands and will try to finger multiple dancers.
I always wondered why men don’t consider these things when it comes to their own sexual hygiene
Dear men please stop doing this. It isn’t whether we like you or not. Fingering can tho our ph off and irritate our vaginas. Plus y’all don’t know what the hell you are doing
Bharlem how do the escorts do this stuff? Is their pussy not as sensitive in order to handle the demands of their jobs?
Or how does anybody finger anybody? Do you only let people finger you if they’re freshly showered or freshly washed hands and cut nails
