Agree with Ashley. Day shift girls are typically pretty great and will sit and chat instead of just asking about dances. Much more relaxed atmosphere.

I know gas prices have to be having major impact. Several dancers I know drive about 2.5 to 3 hours round trip to work. Gas over $4 a gallon (and likely increasing) is not good.

You covered a lot of territory in a short period, Muddy. Instead of Winston tell the dancer you want to go to Climax. It’s only about 20 minutes away.

My $0.02, focus on what the dancers who have replied have said. The ones who post here and don’t get run off are not the type who only see you as an ATM. They know the dancer mindset better than any PL.

I am not sure but it seems like the girls I have talked to say they are asked their availability first and then told when they are expected to work. If they make a habit of not showing up they just don’t get scheduled again. They aren’t scheduled days they say they can’t work. Even an IC has to work within a schedule to an extent and can’t just show up as they choose.
