Not as much fun as I had hoped it would be.

This was my first excursion back to the world of neon and skin since the COVID debacle hit the world. Finally, I am travelling again and GSO is on my travel list. I had been to TC a couple of years ago and I have read the reviews which paint a pretty picture. So I decided to give it another try . I was hoping for more fun, and this visit did not meet my expectations, but as always, YMMV.

Went to the Club on a Saturday afternoon hoping to beat the rush and the cover which is $10 (after 6pm, I think). Door girl was OK but wanted a tip and scan my ID. Signed in and gave her a tip and a smile and boom the Door opens. I am giddy with excitement like a 14 year old boy watching his first porno.

Anyway I strolled in and there was a guy at the bar and me. Four dancers in the club. Dead as fuck :( The dancers were thicker than I like so my enthusiasm was gone quickly.

The club has been well described before. Close to the airport and I-40 . Parking lot is big, well lit and safe. This is more than I can say for the hotel across the street which is quite sketchy. I have been to this club 4 times over 3 years and each time I saw something nefarious going on at that hotel, so I would suggest staying elsewhere if you are planning on staying close to GSO. After entering there is an ATM to your right and also the entrance to the bathroom. Directly in front of you is the Bar which is a semi circle and the prices are quite reasonable. A Coke was $4 . Behind the bar is an entrance to the private dance area . To the left is the rest of the club. High ceiling and mirrors make it look bigger than it is. Two tiered seating and the DJ booth is in the back Left corner . The often discussed bungalow is directly in front of the center of the stage with a couple of steps up and a double lined curtain for privacy. I had heard about the absence of a camera in the Bungalow but I looked up and there is clearly a cam outside the entrance . More on that later ...

So the dancers were polite and not pushy at all . Just so you know my biases , I prefer 20 year old athletic spinner types.
