Get the shot. It's no biggie. Covid vaccine good. Death or long haul Covid-19 bad. Variants arising from non-vaccinated people bad. People infecting those that can't get vaccinated bad. I got the Pfizer vaccine back in April. My arm was sore for about a day after the first shot, and sore for about 3 days after second shot. But no temp or tiredness. Everyone seems to have a different reaction. Looking forward to more mongering and travel without worry that I might win the Covid lottery and die. Too bad car rental prices are through the roof. It's gotten to the point where taking an Uber everywhere is less expensive than renting a car for a day or two.

Despite what others said about your review, I liked it, and found it useful and helpful. Scarlett's is my favorite club in Miami, even though I know it's not an extras place, and have never done VIP here as the cost is ridiculous. Last I heard, VIP was $500 for 30 min VIP, so your intel about $750 for 30 min VIP is very helpful. The dancer telling you that everything was on the menu wasn't being honest, so it's a good thing you didn't fall for it. This is a "clean" club where the girls just give dances. While the mileage can vary depending on the girl, you can get some decent dances. But major pussy play and FIV is very rare here. You might get some OTP play here, but there's no way junior's coming out for any fun.

Yeah, you def got ripped. The pricing at the top of the hour when they do the showcase walk is $35-for-two, not $50-for-2. $50-for-two is normal pricing in the $25 rooms. And the VIP room was too high. I've been quoted $500/30 min, and it's not worth it as this is not an extras club. I haven't spent $1000+ like you did there, but I have spent probably $600-700 in one visit before, but that lasted me probably 6+ hours, rather than the 30 min VIP you got. For the amount of money you dropped, you could have had FS at other clubs in Miami. You could have spent much less and left happier at Cheetah Hallandale across the street from Scarlett's, even though Cheetah doesn't have private rooms, and everything is in the open dance room there. Scarlett's is my favorite club in Miamia, and the girls there are hot. They are fun in the dance rooms, but if you're looking for extras or dropping that kind of money for just 30 min, you'd get better value elsewhere.

@Papi - glad it was the batteries. I have the exact same TV as you do, and while the pic is awesome and I love it, it has been a little buggy at times. I found that the TV sometimes won't turn on correctly if there's a USB thumb drive in it, which I use for watching movies I've downloaded on my computer. I was going to suggest unplugging all HDMI and USB connections, and then turning on the TV, but fortunately, the battery thing was the fix.
Also, I have a Sony brand soundbar and subwoofer, and if there was a power failure or power glitch, the "sync" from the TV to the soundbar will go out of whack, and I would get no sound. I found a website that solved that problem, but it involved taking the HDMI cable out of the ARC (audio return channel) port, plugging it into another non-ARC port, rebooting the soundbar and TV, and then plugging the soundbar back into the ARC port. I haven't had any bugs though lately after Sony updated the Android TV operating system several months ago - knock on wood <knock> <knock> <knock>

@Papi - It's "time in the market" not "timing the market." If you have a 401k plan, just set it and forget it. I'm about the same age as you, and I've just consistently put money into my 401k since I've been working. I put the money into a variety of funds - large, mid, and small cap, always 100% stock. I had a hard time believing that I would have enough to retire on just looking at the slow growth in my 20s to early 40s. But the power of compounding interest has really shown itself over the last several years, and I'm now cautiously optimistic that the retirement calculator projections are correct, and that I'll be able to retire quite comfortably. Unless you've got a lot of time on your hands to do research or have a job in the financial industry, timing market gains is really hard.
I once had a brokerage account with about $100k in it and I had a stock broker manage it for me for about 2 years. Even though this person was supposedly a professional and was supposed to be able to read and time the market, he gave me more dogs than he gave me good trades. My 401k continued to grow steadily during the 2 years, while the broker barely made any gains in the 2 years I let him basically do any trades he wanted with my money. I pulled the plug, put the money back into mutual funds, and the gains have continued back on track.
There are obviously guys out there that are a lot more savvy and have a lot more time than many (most?) of us do to play the stock market. But for regular people (like me), contributing consistently into a company 401k is probably the best way to go.

@59 - Thanks. Yeah, a girl I talked to at Cheerleaders mentioned the common ownership, and it makes sense since (as you mentioned) the websites for the two places are similar, especially with the stuff about needing to fill out a Covid-19 waiver. The owners should do something to improve Oasis. They need to pour a lot of money into Oasis and probably do a major renovation - knock down some walls and expand the seating area. It just sees like the bar in Oasis is too large for the place. Maybe it used to be a bar, and it got turned into strip club?

@HiYaDave - When I saw MIDWF, she was dark-haired, so dunno if she was sporting a wig or dyed her hair or what. Good to know about the monitor dude. And yes, it would have/should have been one and done. Also good to know that topless dances are what's usually expected at Oasis as I'd never been there before.

Still, that's about $2.5k per month, and on top of that, he spent $8,400 on his own personal credit card in one evening according to the article, which is ON TOP of spending what he spent on his corporate card on the same evening.

OP, you just have to make sure you're specific enough in your questions. While making convo is part of the fun, it's also an "interview" of the girl to see if she makes the cut. As Tretradon said above, don't let her be vague. If it's vague, like "you'll definitely have fun" or whatever, move on. I usually ask her something along the lines of "how much contact do you allow?" if I'm at a place I'm not familiar with. If it's a place I've been to a lot and know what the expectations/limits are, then I usually don't bother.
I've only met a few strippers that responded in a way that wasn't clear about what was allowed. Some will say if I want access to the V, it'll cost $XX more, others will say anything but the V, or whatever. If they say "whatever you want" to the "how much contact" question, then it should be clear that anything goes. But you may want to follow up with even more specifics and examples, e.g., touch the V, HJ, BJ, BBBJ, etc., to make sure that there's no misunderstanding. Bottom line is you need to be specific about what you want, and she needs to be specific about what she'll allow. Don't talk in code as the girls may not understand what you mean.
