There is far more smoking, from my experience, in the lowscale or midscale SCs. I agree that these SCs are not well-equipped to handle smoking: too small, not enough ventilation, etc. I would think it stinks for those who are smokers or smoke in social settings for a SC to not allow smoking because it means you have to step out every time
