Oh, Clubber...as usual, your "list" is wrong. If you're basing it on "All pretty much for the same reason, economics. A prosperous country is a happy country." then Bill Clinton has to be #1. His two terms are still the longest period of economic expansion in U.S. history. No wars. And he balanced the budgets/produced budget surpluses in 1998-2000. Conservatives/republicans claim they want to balance the budget, but when they get in power they run deficits instead. Reagan ran huge deficits. Trump is on track to have a $1 trillion deficit this year.
