I have to disagree with your premise. There may be a higher proportion of 9-10's in Vegas, but the rating scale stays the same. In general there's seems to be a common perception of what a 9-10 is. We have movies, porn, etc. as reference points. Take all those "Rate this Girl" threads on here. Discounting those freaks of nature, when someone posted a really hot girl (like that Asian K-Pop singer) the results were all pretty closely grouped.

Alec and lolruned make some good points. I don't really recall any younger, attractive, rich guys that were in a "real" romantic relationship with a stripper. (Maybe a rapper? Or an NBA player?) Sure, these guys may be fucking them on the side, but they're looking to date/marry a nice respectable college girl with a regular job. If they're really rich and/or famous, they're dating/marrying pop singers, actresses, or Victoria Secret models.
