My god...this website is truly fucking amazing. Legitimate chance I don't make a strip ub appearance for at least a few months. For the price I tipped my CF I get a pristine college smokeshow without any remote issues (at least none Ive discovered, yet) for an entire day.

As a rule I start with a per meet of 400.00 and see how it goes from there. That rate seems to work everywhere with the exception of inside the DC Beltway ( the DC area yes but once you get inside the district it's about a 60% positive)
I don't use SA in NYC---mostly because I've found too much flaking out ( no shows)
I started using SA again after the first of the year after taking a 7 month break. I found a good match in the one area I travel to often--Grad Student, really pretty although a little thicker than I typically like but she is a keeper.
Dates typically last five hours on average--drinks, dinner, and then private time. Last week I had planned on going to a club on Friday night but she sent me a text during the afternoon--her power was out due to the weather. So she spent the night with me and I didn't get much sleep. :--)
No doubt. I've been offering as low as $250, and allowing myself to get talked up to as much as $350 (which is higher than my previous $300 limit). I live in one of the most expensive areas in the country, so it's been interesting to see how people in lower-cost areas all seem to be paying much more than me. Of course, this is somewhat self-selecting: there have been a bunch of SA women who insisted on $500-ish as a minimum, and I've let them all walk . But I've gotten bites from some very attractive young women at $300-$350... What I think may be going on is that with the cost of living being so outrageous, some of the girls will just take whatever they can get, I dunno.
I do think we may be paying similar rates if you consider the entire meeting: just like OTCs, mine are always preceded by food and drinks, and that can easily run into several hundreds on top of the $300 allowance. So a date might be: $300 allowance + $200-$300 for food & drinks + $60-$120 for a good hotel via Recharge (hotel rates are unaffordable here without Recharge, I'd be stuck going to hot tubs or ghetto hotels otherwise)
Also, for the kind of money being talked about around here, I can have a big club night out with a great OTC finish without having to devote all of that money to one girl. I won't even get into how much work it would be to spend hours listening to one of these girls prattle on while having to pretend that I'm interested in what they have to say.
I also wonder how many of those SA girls are actually also strippers, escorts or other sex workers. I have browsed through SA a few times in my area and I spotted a few strippers that I knew, including one who I used to take OTC for less than $200. I strongly suspect that the college girl angle is as overplayed on SA as it is in some strip clubs, lol.
I don't know how many SA girls are strippers, but IME nearly all strippers are SA girls... or rather, a huge % of strippers have AT LEAST created an SA account and spent a little time seeing what's there, although many of them give up after a few weeks when they realize it takes work and that some $10k/month sugardaddy won't just fall into their laps. That said, there's still an angle to play ITC -- as I've reported multiple times here, I've been in the club and "let slip" that I'm on SA looking for a sugarbaby, I see her eyes momentarily turn into dollar signs like in the cartoons, and the next thing I know we're on our phones showing each other our profiles, and she's saying, "we should meet up!!!". Not that asking for OTC is a big deal for me, but it's nice to have her asking for it instead.
I also am sure that many girls who claim to be college girls on SA, aren't. On the other hand, I'm pretty sure a good number that I've met are.

Obviously, you and I are opposites here, I can listen to them prattle on for hours, as long as it's punctuated by shots of bottom-shelf whiskey and plenty of groping. That said, it is easily possible to use SA basically as a slightly-higher-class Backpage -- huge number of girls there are perfectly fine with just "let's meet in the hotel, do our business, then go our separate ways", many girls are not really looking to be classic style sugarbabies
It's very easy to screen escorts on SA. If you're interested in college girls, you can screen out those who don't have a valid edu email.
Hard to argue that strip clubs are more cost effective since your dollars support a brick-and-motor establishment, the employees, and the management. Nothing @Dugan posts here is the slightest bit convincing.
This is exactly why a find strip clubs to be a more natural launching pad to a hotel trip. You can't grope a girl in a restaurant, for example, and shots are not likely to come into play either until the next stop. I don't mind talking with them at the club because conditions are conducive to fun, but in a normal setting, eh.
Still doing that bottom shelf booze thing? You do realize that the cost difference between rot gut and something decent is often nominal, no? Alcohol is a really odd place to try to save money when you are blowing large sums on p4p - some might call it penny conscious and pound foolish. From a fun standpoint, I find it much more rewarding to feed a girl her favorite booze and it rarely exceeds the per shot cost of rot gut by more than a few bucks. To each his own I suppose.
At that point I don't expect anything on the first meeting and the only out of pocket expense I have is the cost of a drink or two. I'm typically traveling and not home so the choice is sit in my hotel room or at the hotel bar or drive a few miles and get out to meet a woman.
About 25% of the time the meeting turns into dinner and again the same conditions apply.
On a handful of occasions the meeting then turns into sex and in all of these situations I allow her to make the first move. I recall you and I discussing this before but the sheer amount of guys that flake on women on SA or don't know how to act around them turns into a benefit for me once I can have a face to face meeting.
One of the other things I'll point out from your comments is that some of the strippers play peek-a-boo with their account. They only activate it when they need money and then deactivate it so that they remain UTR. I've seen a few of the girls from Hustlers in Cleveland that I know have some wealthy guys as clientele --and for whatever the reason they are on SA one day and gone the next, only to reappear a few weeks later for a day or two.
To me as I mentioned this morning the ROI for SA is pretty good--my cost is minimal in terms of time and money both and I might be fooling myself a bit but I'd like to think my radar is pretty good about who is really a college student, a teacher and or a nurse and who is a stripper.
I was actually just joking there ... with OTC, I get decent stuff, and sometimes downright great stuff, if I think she'll appreciate it. In the club, it's the opposite, I still stick with rotgut, since the cost difference is huge, especially if you'll be doing (say) 5 or 6 shots each. For example, in my fave club, during the slowest dayshifts (e.g., Tuesday afternoon), bottom shelf shots are $3.50 each, anything else starts at $13.50 each and rapidly goes up. So, 3 rounds of 2 shots each, with tip, is either around $30, or over $100, and chances are we're doing more than 3 rounds. $50 for alcohol total for 5 shots each, is well within my total $100 food & alcohol budget; $200 for somewhat better stuff isn't.

It's a numbers game. My area has something like 60,000 college students within driving distance and the published SA participation rate is about 8%. So at any given time, something like 4,000 or 5,000 students on SA. Compare that to maybe 50 strippers in the same age group in the dozen or so clubs nearby. And on SA you don't have to put up with the drugs, alcohol, abuse and all the other SS we discuss here.
