In order for us to understand better where you're coming from, how about writing a review of a club you like based on a recent visit? Just a suggestion.

This reviewer joined TUSCL in August 2021 and this is his first and only contribution, so I don't know if he took the time to read any reviews of this place before he visited. If he had, he would have known that this is a great place to spend an afternoon, but no one has good things to say about evening visits. No one.

trill_gates, thanks for the additional details. As for what you can disclose, you can certainly include a general description of mileage for the dances and/or VIP, but if you include any discussion of "extras," the better part of valor here is not to connect them with the name of a dancer, primarily for her safety. You did not name anyone in your review, so you're good there. I've never been to this club, but "$750 VIP for 30min" sounds pricey for any club. The previous reviewer (from a visit 8/25/22) said the 30-minute VIP was $350 (which also sounds pricey, but not unheard of in a strip club). Also, pay no attention whatsoever to desertscrub, who claims every positive review submitted to TUSCL is a club ad. Nice review -- thanks for posting it. This club has always been expensive, and now the value proposition is, apparently, even worse. The dancers used to get paid extra to walk around here nude, which I thought was an effective tool for selling dances -- a win-win for the dancers, as well as some nice eye candy for even the casual customer. With that gone and prices jacked up, it's no surprise that business is off and dancer turnover is high. Sad. When I get back to SoCal in 2023, I will plan to return to the COI clubs -- and Tijuana -- for a much better ROI.

One of the best reviews I have seen on TUSCL -- for this or any club. Well-written and informative. Glad you had a good inaugural visit to HK, and thanks for taking the time to tell us about it. Your review strengthens my resolve to get back to Tijuana in the coming year.

The tournament was well-conceived, well-managed, informative, and a lot of fun – despite Arizona Turd Blossom’s complete meltdown and his other uncalled-for, nasty comments directed at individual participants. (The 161 members who've put desertscrub on ignore have definitely made a good choice.) Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to explore clubs in each and every bracketed city up for a vote, guided by expert advice from TUSCL’s hardcore corps of reviewers. Focusing on the *clubs* in each of these metro areas for the tournament (ignoring the weather or opportunities to golf, gamble or sight-see), I thought the final match-up between Miami and Detroit was spot on, and I have no quarrel with the outcome of the championship. I look forward to re-visiting many if not most of the cities in the Sweet 16! Thanks, again, Muddy, and to all who provided thoughtful commentary along with their selections.

I've dumped the idea of getting to see certain big-ticket stars anymore. It's not just the ticket prices of concerts -- if you can even *get* tickets -- it's also the exorbitant Ticketmaster fees on top of that. Or re-sellers who buy up blocks of tickets. Fucking highway robbery. I've been sticking with lesser-known acts playing smaller venues. There are plenty of really talented musicians out there waiting to be discovered.

I know that in writing reviews, TUSCL requires that we provide an overall numerical rating for the girls, but honestly, I never look at that rating when I read the reviews of others here. I have learned that one man’s “one” is another man’s “ten.” I wrote about that in my last review of Follies, about six months before they closed: “I saw something on Friday I had never seen before at this club – a woman so large I was surprised that Follies would even hire her. A white woman, blonde, with humongous boobs and an even bigger belly. I’m sure she outweighed me by quite a bit, and I’m not all that fit and trim. She was dancing on stage, and it was hard to miss her. When she came off the stage and walked past me, I thought, Who would want to get dances from *her*? Well, I soon learned not to make a judgment so quickly, as she was immediately snatched up by a guy near me who kept her busy at his high-top table for about 30 minutes. She was fully nude and he was diggin’ it. Towards the end she was facing away and had her hand behind her back, and it was clear to anyone who happened to look that her hand was fully engaged in a purposeful way. As I like to say, there’s something for everyone here.” Some of the comments that followed were amusing: shadowcat: I've seen that fat broad do VIP 10 minutes after the club opened. Different strokes. :) Daddillac: Fat chicks are like mopeds.... fun to ride till your friends see you on her. GoldmongerATL: The really fat girl has been there for at least 10-12 years and started out about fifty (or more) pounds lighter. On my scale she now rates 3.1416 / 10. Too much pie leads to pi! Anyway, I agree with what others have said about the helpfulness of including general descriptions of the dancers in a review and not just numerical ratings. As shadowcat said, different strokes...

From my March 15, 2020, review of the Redneck Yacht Club in Fayetteville, NC: "Two weeks ago, an older gentleman had a heart attack in one of the lap dance rooms and died. Jesus. Time to get my affairs in order, as that’s probably my fate, too. I don’t know which girl he was in, I mean, with, but apparently she was really freaked out when it happened. As one might imagine." Like Papi Chulo, I'm a variety-PL. I certainly don't remember all the dancers I've met, but I definitely remember quite a few with surprising detail. All my life I have had a photographic memory, which helps a lot when it comes to dancers. Having said that, it doesn't work very well in the dark, which is one of the reasons I like VIP/LD areas that have decent lighting. 😁

Yes, once in a while I'll re-read an old review I've written. I travel a lot and have visited a whole bunch of clubs -- more than 250 -- and with many of them, it's been only once, maybe in a location I'm just driving through on my way to another state. Sometimes I'll read a current TUSCL review of a club in a distant city and wonder if that's one I may have visited, once, a number of years ago. In that case, I'll find and re-read my review, which instantly brings back the details of my visit and helps me compare my impressions with that of a more recent reviewer. As others have said about why they like to write reviews, it's nice to have a place I can go to relive some of the highlights of my adventures -- and misadventures -- in this hobby. Thanks, founder, for providing me a fun repository for that.

Feel free to skip this if it looks too long to hold your interest. It's just me reminiscing. Even though I left my home town at 18, I’m still friends with a lot of my old girlfriends, despite being married for 40+ years. I went to my 50th high school reunion last year and counted at least half a dozen girls I felt up, fingered, and/or fucked, most of whom I still have at least an email relationship with. As expected, some look better than others. A couple of them look amazing. I am also still in touch with a number of girls I dated in college. One of them is one of the closest friends my wife and I have, and we all see one another frequently though she lives in different part of the country than we do. What my wife doesn’t know is the number of times I’ve slept with said girlfriend in the last 40+ years. Let’s just say it’s a relatively high number. She was hot then and is still hot now. My first “girlfriend” – in quotes because were in eighth grade – had the first pair of boobs I ever saw, fondled and sucked. (I say “had” because the boobs are gone from a double mastectomy and recurring bouts of cancer.) Anyway, she and I are still in touch on a fairly regular basis. Though we never dated past junior high, we carried on occasional, clandestine, non-coital sexual activities during high school, college and a bit beyond, even as we dated others. She was the instigator for most of this, which was great. She is married to a really nice guy, with two grown kids who have successful careers. As for how she’s held up, she never again looked as cute as she did in junior high, and she’s now THE most fundamentalist religion-oriented person I know, which is not something I’m into. So, yeah, I dodged a bullet, but she’s still a great friend. Smart and funny. Was then and still is now. My second girlfriend and I lost our virginity with each other – she at 14, me at 15. Long married to other people, she and I fucked again about 15 years ago, and last year at our HS reunion, she was eager to spend some time talking with me alone. We talked, but two problems prevented anything sexual happening: her husband was also in attendance, and she doesn’t look so hot these days, so my attraction for her has waned. She is still a nice person, though, and has had a fulfilling life. For me, good memories and no regrets.

She replies $120 for her (plus the room-charge, $16)." It's been almost three years since I've been there, but $120 (plus room fee) seems high for CC. Is this the new normal there?
