Thursday Afternoon - First Time Visit

First time to BTs. Heard mostly good things and I think the club lived up to the hype. Easy enough to find right on Michigan Ave. They do have valet but if you check out the side streets you can find parking there instead. I opted to do that and had no issues just walking in off the street (and saved like $10). No cover charge during the day and didn’t inquire about night time cover.

Got there at about 1pm on Thursday. Maybe 3-4 other patrons and probably 8-10 dancers. Grabbed a seat at the bar and ordered a drink ($10). Started to survey the scene. It’s a nice club on the inside. Clean and comfortable. The main stage is a big rectangle and there was a catwalk style second stage towards the back wall. There are several booths on opposite side of the stage from the bar. Kind of a red and black color scheme. DJ and bouncers were friendly and all greeted me as a walked in.

Lady bartender seemed like she was indifferent but wasn’t unpleasant. There’s no bathroom troll during the day and the facilities were clean. There’s a hallway immediately on your left when you walk in where the VIP booths are. The booths are fairly spacious and have a tall padded booth-style chair and there’s a mirror next to it (which I really enjoyed). $20 to get a VIP booth.
