Getting Too Expensive For My Blood
Business is apparently not good at the Bare. They've started posting photos of their dancers on their Instagram feed. This is good for us but I'm thinking of several dancers I've known in the past who didn't want their faces seen in photos on the internet or anywhere. One used to say, "If I wanted a record out there than I did sex work, I'd get into making porn". Some dancers I've known were super paranoid about this because they wanted to think that once they quit dancing, no one would ever known they'd done it. But when I asked one dancer last night how she felt about having an identifiable stripper photo on Instagram, she said she felt she had to do it to attract customers. In fact, every dancer I talked to at any length complained about how little they were making.
This may be good for us, the customers, because I got some amazing offers. Unfortunately, I did not get them from the girls I wanted to get them from if you know what I mean.
It was actually nice in the club if you didn't mind the hustle, which was sad in some ways. My last few visits here were on weekends and there were so many girls working it actually became a problem to find some place to sit and once I found a place, I was reluctant to leave that chair to get a private, go to the men's room or even walk up to the stage and throw down a tip. I was afraid if I got up even for a few seconds, some other guy's ass would be in the seat when I returned. When I did need to hit the men's room, I gave the drink server lady a nice tip just to have her hold my seat.
