For myself, I just plain prefer women. Women have experience, know what they want, often because of past bad choices and are far easier to talk to.
When I look at all of my favorite dancers over the years, their ages have been from 29 to 51. There were at least two GILFs, and possibly more. I can't think of more than three or four of them that didn't have children, some grown and on their own.
Why do I enjoy these women? It's because they provide a lot more complete experience.

I agree! I'm just not sure that the transfer portal will last past the end of COVID, whenever that finally happens.

Very few outstanding college coaches make it in the NFL. John McCay, Steve Spurrier, Lou Holz, and now, Urban Meyer have all failed miserably in the pros.
Expanding a bit on JamesSD's the position of a college coach where the HC can recruit his own players, basically lock them in for 4 to 5 years, and basically sentence them to obscurity if they don't do what he demands (a real threat for kids with NFL aspirations!). A pro coach, on the other hand doe not generally have the last word on whom they will hire, has to deal with free agency, and deals with men who have made to to the NFL and won't deal with bullshit, whether real or imagined.
That takes a very different kind of leadership.

The other side of the coin is when a dancer takes on the care of a child or grandchild.
My long time ATF had a party girl daughter who became drug addicted and had an out of wedlock child. She supported them both, with the daughter caring for the child during the day and my ATF caring for him at night while her daughter went to school after completing detox. All went well for a while until the daughter fell back into her old habits and, unforgivably, brought drugs into the home. My ATF kicked her daughter out of the home at that point. The good news is that the daughter was sufficiently aware of her problem that she left her son with my ATF.
Between that and COVID, my ATF hung up her heels. BTW, her older son is a hard worker and clean of drugs.

Keep it in my pants when I do OTC. If I were a stripper it would stand for I like big bucks and I can not lie.

I'd say 8.
By the way, ilbbaicnl, it's confident, not confidant.... Oops, better make that a 7.
Oh, and then there's the pic of papi's ”favorite". Better deduct another point, so, 6. 😜

Actually, that $10,000 will make the attorney very popular in the club.
Good luck with your lawsuit, Dave. I'm sure Zuckerberg is trembling in his boots!

Actually, according to the article I read only ONE Starbucks location's employees had voted to unionize and several others had voted not to.
I don't know about this particular location's situation. It may be that ownership here was particularly unfriendly to employees. On the other had, it may have been a couple of radical leftist organizers.
Point is, this is hardly widespread.
