And then there are some gentlemen's clubs where girls literally just walk and sway back and forth on stage and still make bank in vip. There are some clubs whose stages don't even have poles.

Stage sets really depend on the club. At my home club back in MI is when I gradually stopped doing pole work because I realized I could make about the same money twerking with much less effort. It was a mixed club with good stage money and easy environment to sell dances. I worked with a friend of mine who did not have a good stage show. She couldn't do pole tricks and couldn't twerk. I always made more than her on stage, but we both made lots of money selling vips. So when girls say it doesn't matter how you dance, at some clubs there is truth to those kind of statements.

1. I've never heard a dancer give advice to someone to go for the customer who looks unkempt. Usually dancers go for guys who look like they might have money. Whether they are fat or not isn't super important to me unless they are so obese that it is hard to dance for them. 2. Strippers should look their best, and that includes wearing an appropriate amount of makeup. Obviously 10 lbs of makeup plus those spidery lashes and caterpillar eyebrows are too much, but a moderate amount of decent quality makeup will make you look like you put effort into your appearance, which is important to making money. Natural looking makeup is cool, but wearing absolutely no makeup will often make a girl look washed out when compared to other girls around her at the club. So even girls who have a more natural look are wearing some amount of makeup, just not a lot. 3. I've seen and known girls who have bland stage sets and aren't great dancers but stay busy in vip, and I've seen and known dancers who can do amazing pole work but find it hard to sell dances. I used to do lots of pole work. Now, I have a pretty lazy stage show tbh. I mostly just dance sensually and occasionally twerk. I still stay very busy in vip. I actually don't like going on stage at all, and would prefer staying in vip and getting skipped from stage. At urban clubs, where making it rain is very common, more energy has to go into your stage sets. In upscale clubs, you can do next to nothing on stage and still make good money selling vips.

Depends on the location. In a small midwestern town, a net worth of 5-10M+. In NY or LA, more like 10-20M+.

I wonder what type of clientele they must have to be so social media/IG focused. I would think a "make it rain" type of club would be more likely to incorporate IG into their hiring standards. Makes me curious what club this was. It's absolutely ridiculous, especially considering that there are plenty of girls who understandably want to be discreet about their identity. I wouldn't want to work at a club like that, out of fear I might end up on someone's IG half naked without my consent. Also, I don't do IG.

Depends on the club. I've worked at clubs where you come and go as you please, and I've worked at clubs that mandated a schedule. Usually you can more or less work whenever you want, but often you'll have to pay more if you are not on schedule. Most of the Detroit area clubs are like that: if you stick to a schedule, you're a "house girl" and pay a lower tipout than a girl who is "freelance" and works whenever she wants. At the Deja Vu clubs, the incentive to be on schedule is so high, they take half your money if you're "freelance." (They also take a good 1/3 if you're on schedule so they're just an expensive club to work at) There are a lot of clubs that are travel-dancer friendly and have girls come in for the weekend once a month or during an event or convention and don't require schedules at all. Then there are clubs that won't let you work unless you're on schedule.

I worked at Admiral years ago. Not sure if they've changed anything but back then: -Hiring was on Thursdays via the amateur contest (if they still do that) -Hiring standards are high, they prefer slim white girls (you'll be fine) -Fully nude, no alcohol -Week nights are very slow -Weekend nights are easy to make a grand at if you hustle -Low contact -Safe Idk about the other Chicago clubs, they might be better if you're going during the week because week nights at Admiral are slow.
