Virginia strip club regulations by state refs are a weird thing. The state laws are very vague and up to local interpretations, which are usually taken to the extremes when local officials get involved. Remember, Virginia is a Bible Belt state and most politicians know who their voters are.

Really depends on the club, but have found many times OTC easier with door girl if you pay her a little attention as often they are not making as much cash, but beware, if she is one of the regular dancers working the door that night often is because she is having her period.

I was told by a bouncer friend of mine several reasons, but the biggest to hamper OTC. He did tell me to get around that prior to going to the club write your number on a few pieces of paper and have them in your pocket. Then all you have to do is slip it to the dancer and tell her to text you when she goes back to the dressing room.

IMO day shift or VERY late night if it's a slow night. Remember it's a service based industry and you want to when your service provider has the least opportunity to make revenue. Day shift girls often have to deal with more dancers than patrons, many times someone just stopping by for a beer, and the fact that they know that they will be leaving before most higher paying customers arrive. Very late night on a slow night often the dancers need to make money and are often willing to go further to make money (often just to make their payout/tip out. As always, do your research for your specific location.

Best place for value I ever went was The In-Between Lounge (sadly closed now) near Wlikes Barre PA. Owner of the place really didn't care what went on as long as you used some discretion. Was more of a party bar that just happened to have strippers than a strip club. $40 bj's were common, and $80 to screw was not unheard of. The real nice thing was that civilian women (not pros) were common, and if things were going good between the two of you they had no problem if the two of you used one of the private rooms (for $5 a song) if you wanted. Really miss that place.

Scariest time ever was having a pimp holding a gun on naked me while she went through me clothes looking for anything in value. They took my wallet, my phone, and my car keys. At least they left my clothes. Not going into details but will say was a royal bitch of a time getting everything straitened out (and never did see that car again).

Sharkhunter, I've a couple of times went back with a chick that I met at a bar that once we got to her place and started getting busy hit me up for some money. I don't have a problem if I think initially their a pro, but have a serious problem if I thought that their a civilian. Like GACA, use to happen all the time to me 25 years ago. I remember one time going into an office supply store, can't even remember why I went in but was given assistant by this hot college girl.
