I enjoy that magical second-to-fifth trip, where you are just building a little trust, she's still new enough to get that heart-pounding new girl feeling, and there's a high learning curve where each time she's raising the stakes.
BUT! I like it even better 10 times in, when she knows every one of my weird kinks and pervsions and is starting to cater to them. Even better, 20 times in, after we've thoroughly explored all my weird kinks and we're starting to dream up new ones. I find the excitement level can continuously raise for a year, or more if she's adventurous ... you lose the new-girl excitement but it's replaced with dirtier and more adventurous sex

I agree that when you find a 27-29 year old when the right attitude, that's the ultimate. As you said, still young enough to be in full flush of female beauty, but a lot more mature, fun to talk to, etc.
The downside is, while this is a great theory, many 27-29-year-olds have been doing this a while, and are somewhat jaded and professional -- where I use "professional" as an undesirable attribute. In general, I don't think many women can do this for more than (say) 5 years without it really impacting them, and many 27-29 year olds in the club may have been doing it for far longer than that.
As a result: find a 27-29 year old who still has a great attitude = the ultimate. But those aren't as easy to find -- the mid-20s 24-26 year olds tend to have more good attitudes, even if they're more likely still stuck in partygirl mode and haven't made much transition towards maturity

I'm lucky enough to have a great group of guys to go SCing with, and it's pretty great -- not just having company at the club, but someone to share experiences with so everything is not so secret, etc. There's a very small core group of us, just a few guys, but we all occasionally pull in some other buddy from here or there, typically those guys might last a year or three, then drift away. I don't think I'd join a club, the very high level of trust and bromance is part of what makes this rewarding rather than a chore

As a general rule, I choose neither in a strip club, both are beyond my risk tolerance (no judgement on those of you who have different calculations here).
Putting that aside, I'd probably choose BBBJ 75% of the time, DATY 25% of the time. There's no hard-and-fast for me, obviously I'd usually rather be pleasured, but provided I'm getting off some other way (e.g., FS, or even HJ) there are times I'm in a mood where I'd prefer to pleasure her, that can get me seriously turned on for the FS to come

lol ... actually, I think you guys DO like moisturizer. You don't like it when it's freshly applied and feels greasy. But if she applied a moisturizer an hour beforehand, and it's not super thick, it will make her skin feel buttery smooth. I don't like greasy feeling skin, but do love creamy moisturized skin.

Agree that, I'm in a strip club, I'm looking to have a fun conversation, not be asked silly open-ended questions. On the other hand, I do appreciate that it's not always easy to have a conversation with a stranger (Lord knows that if I were a 20 year old girl, I'd have no fucking idea what to say to a middle aged man), and this question isn't all that hard to answer ("I'm doing it right now!"). And, if I'm so inclined, it's not difficult to segue the conversation to sex talk ("I like to spank pretty girls... you like being spanked, by any chance?" or whatever)... or, I just do my other obnoxious verbal judo technique of turning her question around on her, ("Look at me, what do you think I'd do for fun? Take some guesses")

^^^ Yeah, some of these girls are not eating nearly enough fiber. BJ: exactly! That was my theory but it's nice to hear someone else say that out loud. I genuinely enjoy having a table full of girls, and I believe that as long as I'm direct in my intentions ("no dances, drinks only"), there's little that can go wrong But, it makes my CF look good that her walking wallet is buying other girls drinks, and it is absolutely positively the case that the other girls will often come by and keep me company for just drinks. It's just win-win-win across the board, to me.

In all honesty, I feel nothing at all if I sense it's a high volume girl. I"m not interested in high volume girls (I realize some guys here don't believe there's any such distinction, and that all strippers OTC with everyone or no one), so it's just a shrug and whatevs.
It is nice to be OTC propositioned by a lower-volume girl.
I will note that when I discuss SA with strippers, the rate at which strippers directly or indirectly suggest OTC is very high. As I've said repeatedly, nearly every stripper is on SA (even if she just created the account on autopilot and hasn't been pursuing it), and if she thinks you're seriously looking for a sugarbaby, she'll engage on that... it's like an OTC proposition without ever mentioning OTC. "Oh, I'm on SA too! Do you have a sugarbaby right now? You should hit me up!".

Nothing like a little roasting from the squad to get you back to your senses, eh? It's weird how sometimes you can be in the middle of a situation that everyone on the outside can see is untenable, but you can't see it.
The whole thing is such a no-brainer that people are having trouble understanding why you're posting it, which should tell you the outsider view. To shift attention off the apartment: 0% chance it is anything but atrocious stupidity to pay her $2k up front for 8 promised sessions to happen later. I mean, you-deserve-to-be-ripped-off level stupidity. So, I would counsel bailing :) I might still see her if:
1. She'd continue to take the $250 (or whatever) as per-meeting
2. The per-meeting excitement remains awesome
3. You have your head on straight enough that proposals like "co-sign my lease" and "pay $2k up front" are instant no-brainers -- such no-brainers that you don't even give them a 2nd thought, much less post about them to get advice from the interwebs
I'm thinking you may still be failing test #3 ... and that test is pretty critical. You need to find someone who is less manipulative who you have a clearer head about.

Pretty uncommon for me, too. And when it does happen, most (not all) of the time, it's from a girl who pretty much offers it to everyone... this is just a standard part of her business model, with any customer who meets the minimum standards of 1. not creeping her out, 2. having enough $ to pay for it. The girls who are more selective about which of their customers they do this with, have only rarely offered first.

There are some girls who wear gowns, and even more incredibly, there are guys who prefer them. For some people, an evocation of elegance is perhaps more important than all the tawdry details.
For me, give me the tawdry details, I want to see everything. While I do think that some strategic covering-up really works (clingy cotton top instead of a bra, boyshorts or short skirt instead of a thong), most of the time, the more skin, the better.

This is one of those things where, as long as you're not a dick about it or too rude, there's no real wrong answer, it's just a matter of personal style and what you're comfortable with. As I've said many times, mentally I like to be on the offensive for the price negotiation to come, AND I also don't think it's fair to put all the risk on her by asking her what her menu is and forcing her to be the one to start mentioning illegal acts. Not a criticism of you guys who do it that way! Just my comfort level. So, I just ask, in a manner that makes it seem as if I'm uncomfortable asking, "do you do XYZ or just straight dances?". If she says just straight dances, then that's that. If she says she does XYZ, whatever the XYZ I asked for is, I can throw out an initial price, or now that I know she's an extras girl, I know I can bring up other acts, more explicitly, if I'd like. All of this is mostly academic at this point -- my ITC extras activities have slowed to almost nothing
