would you ever co sign a lease for a stripper

Been seeing a girl OTC for several months, usually at her place. I know she has other OTC customers, two main guys. One she insists was just her friend, even though they fuck on occasion, which she knows I don't like but I tolerate. I have kind of caught feelings for her which is complicating the situation. Anyway a couple weeks ago she got a bug up her ass about wanting to move. She wanted me to front her the cash and maybe co sign the lease because she's Russian and staying here on a Visa and doesn't have an SSN, credit history or decent income history. I'm married and not interested in putting my name on paper with her. Anyway she ended up getting this other guy, the "friend" to sign the lease and front some of the initial fees. The only problem is he doesn't want her to fuck other people at the new apartment. Which is kind of annoying for me. On top of it now she's asking for 2K up front for 8 meetings. I'm thinking I should just bail on the whole situation. Anyway, would you guys ever sign a lease for a stripper?

    You need to take a cold shower. 1. I wouldn’t even co-sign a lease for a close friend let alone a stripper especially if I was married. 2. We always talk about not paying upfront. Sounds like this Russian is pretty hot and has PLs lining up to throw money at her. Like usual with girls like this you may be a big fish but there’s always a bigger one willing to pay more or do more for her than you, which greatly will inflate her ego and self worth. I agree with your assessment - time to bail.

    gentleman6555 you stay the hell away from my CF I paid for that apartment fare and square and it's my name on the lease not yours so just stay away she's only using you for 2k she doesn't do that to me because she loves me just like i love her and when i rent her an apartment it's an extension of my love for her so just keep out of the apartment and keep out of her vagina i have a rifle there are many like it but this one is mine and the same goes for my CF so you need to listen to the other guys on here and just stay away okay the end.

    Had a Cuban girl ask me to do that last year. Had seen her a few times ITC (just dances), once OTC (P4P, my place), and been on like 3-4 dates that weren't P4P (about half of which included sex/sleepover.) I told her I needed to think about it when she asked, but I knew immediately the answer was hell fuck no. I told her no eventually, in a nice way. I didn't get laid that night and she didn't talk to me for a few weeks, but we eventually reconciled & went out a few more times like nothing happened. She found a place that didn't require a lease and moved. We went our separate ways. The short answer is what twentyfive said, no. Ain't gonna happen. There are maybe 1 or 2 strippers in my lifetime I'd consider putting up in a hotel without me for a day or two, and that's fucking pushing it.

    If this russian is as hot and drains your balls like i think she does, i would consider it if you can take the loss money wise. my best sexual experiences have been with russians, i dont know if its because they are bipolar/crazy. just keep in mind, the more you hit the crazier shit will get.

    No. No. No. I know a guy (unmarried) who leased an apartment for a stripper because she had no credit. The deal was that she would pay the rent and utilities, etc. He was only helping her to obtain a lease. Of course, she never paid the rent or utilities. The guy had to pay everything. He had to hire an attorney and take her to court to evict her. After she moved out the apartment management billed him for the damage she had done to the apartment.

    You are married - and thinking of co-signing for a Russian whore? When did this seem like a good idea? It is never a good idea! When you co-sign it puts you at risk, and your credit is also at risk. Don’t do it! Here is my suggestion, and take it for what it’s worth. Don’t co-sign. Let the other dude co-sign. If there is an other dude dumber - then let him take the risk. Don’t prepay for her arrangement either. Once she gets the apartment - don’t text her for several weeks - maybe even a month. She’s a stripper/otc escort - and money will run short when the rent is due. Just wait - and you will get a text - and the price won’t be $2k. It will be the shortfall in rent. So you will go from prepaying and co-signing - to properly priced Russian pussy...

    guys I’m not gonna sign the lease. Some other idiot did that. It obviously seems nuts but this guy is clearly in way deeper than me. I’m just debating fully ending the situation or seeing her in some hotels since her apt is off limits now. Yes she is hot and the sex has been bonkers at times but like Salty Nutz said it has gotten a little tamer.

    What’s the deal with wanting her to be exclusive to you? She’s a Russian otc girl, not a girlfriend. Don’t worry about getting a hotel. Just wait a bit - and you will be fucking her in the apartment another guy has co-signed for. That apartment will become a filthy mess in a few months. The place will stink from smoke and bad pussy. Her price will drop - and she will take on more clients. So fuck her more while she’s still in good shape. Because she will get used up quickly.

    Nothing like a little roasting from the squad to get you back to your senses, eh? It's weird how sometimes you can be in the middle of a situation that everyone on the outside can see is untenable, but you can't see it. The whole thing is such a no-brainer that people are having trouble understanding why you're posting it, which should tell you the outsider view. To shift attention off the apartment: 0% chance it is anything but atrocious stupidity to pay her $2k up front for 8 promised sessions to happen later. I mean, you-deserve-to-be-ripped-off level stupidity. So, I would counsel bailing :) I might still see her if: 1. She'd continue to take the $250 (or whatever) as per-meeting 2. The per-meeting excitement remains awesome 3. You have your head on straight enough that proposals like "co-sign my lease" and "pay $2k up front" are instant no-brainers -- such no-brainers that you don't even give them a 2nd thought, much less post about them to get advice from the interwebs I'm thinking you may still be failing test #3 ... and that test is pretty critical. You need to find someone who is less manipulative who you have a clearer head about.

    If you’re correct - regarding her desire to stop dancing - and have a guy pay her way (using her lack of documentation as an excuse) - then I’d recommend staying far away. Fucking her will leave the door open - for extortion and blackmail - if she runs low on money. Also - you could knock her up - and she could sue for child support.

    I'm fairly certain the OP is legit - not uncommon at all for a PL that hasn't yet been burned by a stripper and hasn't learned the stripper-shit lessons, nor has been TUSCLarly educated - newbs get burned all the time and so were most of us in one way or another - add to that the "damsel in distress" angle of her probably being undocumented, and it's not hard to be tempted to help someone in that position if one didn't know better.

    Getting involved with a stripper's problems is like quicksand, one usually gets in deeper and deeper - helping a stripper out with a problem (which are often financial in nature) it's not the resolution of her problem, but often the beginning of her seeking you out or her expecting for you to help her out with pretty much every other $hit that comes along, and sometimes they even make up problems just to get $$$ fom you w/o having to put out - and no - this girl is "not different" nor is your situation "unique" in that "you guys don't know her like I do" or "not all strippers are the same and this girl is different"

    If you're gonna play this game of messing with sex-workers, then you need to learn not to let these women have you by the balls - she's not in a position to make demand$, she's not your wife, in reality she's more like an employee b/c this is business not a romantic relationship no matter what she may make it look like or you may want it to be or think it is. These chicks are in it for themselves and we are just an ends to a means, i.e. we don't owe them anything other than fair compensation for their services - and Russian chicks in particular are often smart and cutthroat and one needs to treat it like a business relationship b/c that is what it is to her - doesn't mean one can't enjoy it, just enjoy for what it is and it's often futile and counterproductive to make it something that it's not. She seems to have you completely manipulated via her setting all the terms and you come across as if you don't have a choice nor any leverage in this - in short you are the customer and the one paying, so you set the rules not her if she wants your $$$, o/w you're paying for a headache vs a good time - you're the one paying so she should contour to your needs, not you contour to hers. i.e. her $2k upfront demand is her treating you like a rag, and often times they don't follow thru with the services b/c other shit comes up and they need more $$$ or she just doesn't feel like following thru one she has your $$$. And def possible "her friend" is her boyfriend anr you're paying for an apt for them to live in together. And quite possible she's thru with you and wants t be set up with an apt and cash b/f bailing on you.

    I, for one, think it's a great idea. No doubt the American well pump isn't working at home so he found a Russian replacement. I call it home improvement. The great thing about apartment leases is that they don't report to the credit agencies on a monthly basis if rent is late so it doesn't hurt your credit. Let's say you sign the lease and she doesn't pay and you can't or don't want to pay. They go through the process of kicking her out. They then pursue her and you for back payments, fees, and damages. When threatening letters don't work, they get a default judgment for as much as they can and then their collection lawyer provides proof of the judgment and amount to the credit agencies. At that point you will have a multiple-thousand dollar collection on your credit report for the next 7 years and it may stay on even if you pay all of it. You'll be able to keep it hidden from the wife until she wants a new minivan to carry around the little gentlemen and Hyundai Finance declines your request due to a collection stemming from a Russian Whore. At that point you'll be paying yet again for housing where you're not welcome to stay. I don't see the problems with saying no to the Russian.

    NO WAY! I learned that sort of thing with a civilian who was royalty pissed that I would not cosign a car loan. And remember that this idea originated with the car dealer. The next day I gave her money, $1k, and as a loan to be paid back. Of course I never saw one dime of repayment. But I expected that. She got her loan and really did not need that extra money. It was just the car dealer fucking with her head. And I lost $1k, but at least it made her feel better. SJG

    Taxi driver identified the real issue. With your name on the lease, you are liable for any criminal or civil issues that occur at the apartment, including pandering charges. It is more likely, than not, that you will lose your freedom, your money, your family, and your job. Beyond that, it’s a great idea.

    Papi, But I broke mine while kicking my own ass for jumping! :) Seriously. not at all uncommon. When I went back to the jump shack the next week (on crutches with toe to knee cast) I would venture to say that well over half the jumpers there told me their story. One guy freaked me out. Picture this. He is sitting in a chair and says that it can be good for you. Follows that with, "I couldn't do this before.", as he reaches down and pulls his leg up, bending the knee the way it isn't suppose to flex, and kisses the front of his leg below the knee!

    I would never even consider it unless I was already legally married to her. Now if she was my wife, then in that case, yes. That's the only exception. Every other case seems foolish in my opinion. What could go wrong with putting yourself on the hook for probably at least 100k or more with someone with bad credit? Only a moron would see no potential problem. However if you are already a millionaire and the loan is peanuts to you, go for it.

    Update on this situation. The Russian sexbomb had this other guy sign the lease, and she tells me he's gonna divorce his wife (and leave two kids) and live there with her. She tells me she's quitting stripping and he's gonna pay for her to go to makeup school so she can be a makeup artist. And he doesn't want her to see other guys anymore so we're done. I know it's for the best- I'm not gonna pay for all that shit- but we still had a huge fight over text. I know she was lying to me and just using me for money, so I said enough bad shit that I don't think she'll call me again even if it does go bad with the new guy. Who knows, maybe they'll get married and live happily ever after. But I gotta say I'm wondering what could have been if I did things differently.
