What makes a good strip-club review
I value different things in a review than most tuscl veterans, which I realize and accept. I actually agree with scrub to an extent -- review after review being required to state lapdance prices, drink prices, etc. is not useful. Yes, it might be useful in the event of a strip club with no recent reviews (which you can check in advance of writing your own), but in most cases, this isn't interesting information. More than that, I strongly disagree with the notion that to provide value (to either a regular or someone new to the area), every single review needs to be a self-contained tome on every checkbox detail of the club. If there's a review or two that state dance prices and drink prices, there's absolutely no reason to repeat those. Instead, I value the Trip Report style reviews. Knowing that Porsche the thicc white girl is a ROB, but Jade the slim Asian girl with the dimples rocked your world (without giving details that would get her in trouble), is far more useful information than yet another by-rote recitation of the shape of the bar, location of the bathroom, cost of drinks, types of dances... as long as those things are listed in a previous recent review. NO ONE decides to go to a club based on reading one single review, they read a bunch of reviews for the club(s) they're interested in. As a result, no one single review has to be a self-contained description of every detail. And since the GIRLS are the star of the show, giving some firsthand insight into some of them, is a huge value.

How much is too much for OTC outside club
At this point, getting anything but a crack whore for $300 is delusional in this area. I imagine most big cities with high cost of living it's the same. The $300 days are long gone, alas.

    Places to retire to
Jascoi, yeah Mediterranean weather in Prescott, just like here in the bay area. And it might be expensive for AZ but super cheap compared to the bay area, so I could pocket a lot of my equity (if home prices stay up, which they might not). I just don't like being 90 minutes from the nearest major city, but otherwise it seems great. I have lots of friends in Phoenix, but 145 days over 100 degrees, and 53 days over 110 degrees... doesn't sound so fun!

My loose plan is to move to a free state. That said, the places I was thinking about going -- the Phoenix area being the top contender -- all seem to be headed for rough times as it gets progressively hotter, so I dunno. There's always Prescott I suppose. Staying put where I am is an option, but I wouldn't mind getting some of the money out of my house. Probably depends to an extent on where my kids end up

How much is too much for OTC outside club
"For couple of hours she is quoting 1K. She is 23, and really hot. Is 1K is too much? What would be your ideal rate for couple of hours?" A bunch of random points. I am going to talk about what's right for ME, for the experience I personally want -- yours may differ, and that's okay! Anyway: 1. I don't know which of you brought up "couple of hours". If you brought it up, it's a stupid mistake you shouldn't repeat. If she brought it up, it means she's a stripper who has a profession escort like OTC model. IMO this is "worst of all worlds", escort professionalism plus stripper flakiness. This by itself gets me walking, 100% of the time. IME the surefire way to be disappointed with OTC, is to engage with an escort-like stripper. 2. There are lots and lots of guys spending less than $1k for OTC (without a pre-set time limit). That doesn't mean that she isn't able to get that price -- she's hot, and if she values high payment over volume, she may well be getting that. That doesn't mean you have to pay it. There's a good chance you can get a girl that's just as hot, who doesn't have an escort-like by-the-hour pricing model, for half as much. Of course, if you easily have the $$$ and are fine with an escort experience, sure, go for it. But it won't be hard to find a better non-escorty experience for far less.

Typically, my fave is the only one I want to see anyway. But those times I want to explore the rest of the lineup -- maybe because I'm thinking I need to find a new fave, maybe because I just have an itch to check out the new girls, maybe because my buddies are going on a day she's not scheduled and I want to hang with them -- I always just let her know. As you found out, the other girls all know whose property you are, and they will let you CF know if you're there without her anyway. So I typically just text her, "headed in today, see you next time!". Sometimes she makes suggestions as to who I should hang out with -- and I realize she'll recommend the girls who are her friends and won't try to steal me from her permanently, but that's okay 🤣

Agree this is a self-serving stripper's view , but of course a stripper wrote it, so not quite a shocker. That said, I've seen far worse than this. Among the ones I'd take issue with: --- Asking for Extras. This is the biggest howler. If you're a customer who wants extras, of course you should ask for extras. Nothing bad will happen to you for doing so, and in fact, something very very GOOD might happen to you 🤣 It might be an annoyance to non-extras girls, but it's part of the SC landscape and always has been. --- Not tipping. The biggest quarrel I have on this is that when strippers write this, it's always an imperative on customers, with no obligations on the strippers' part. The fact is, you as a stripper need to build an experience that motivates me to tip. If you don't, I'm not a bad person for not tipping -- you're a stripper who isn't motivating me to tip. I personally tip for extraordinary dances only, not average, but if it's average or better I might do another dance with her sometime and see how it goes. In any case, other than when a customer is sitting at stage when it really is an imperative to tip, it's on the stripper to motivate the customer to tip, that's her job. --- Going Just to Get Drunk: The fact is, it's management's call, no the strippers' call, on whether they're okay with this. And they always are, so that's that. I do understand why strippers get annoyed at these guys though, so vent away. That said, I personally NEVER go to the strip club just to drink, but to reference the point above, sometimes none of the strippers motivate me to do more. Tipping and the like are not one-sided obligations -- you can complain *if* you're attractive enough and put together a great enough experience that the customer indulges.

    Men getting pregnant
I identify as a pimp who advocates drugging women, isolating them from their families, beating them, abusing them psychologically. I also identify as a social justice warrior who protects the rights of women. I also identify as a regular strip club goer who seems to have an incredible lack of understanding of how strip clubs work. I also identify as a jr high school girl who uses phrases like "lulz". I am incredibly grateful that I, a middle-aged man who is miserable, friendless, and desperate for attention and human connection however I can find it, live in a time where I can identify as all those other things. Praise Bernie!

    Spend under 100
"can someone explain how you go to a club and spend under $100 and complain about the club so much." If I go to a strip club and spend less than $100, that's exactly the club I'll likely complain about. I always go ready to spend a few hundred. If the girls are attractive, doing their job, and the club policies aren't atrocious, I'll spend plenty. As a general rule, if I spent less than $100, I wasn't attracted to the girls, the dances are lower mileage than I expected, etc.

EVER OVERHEAR CLUB MANAGEMENT TALK ABOUT YOU?
" I want to be completely invisible to club management" Totally understand. I do the reverse ... I don't necessarily seek it out, but I'm friendly with the staff as opportunities arise. But here are some (just some) benefits I've had at clubs I've been a regular at over the years. In order of least to biggest impact I have not paid the entrance fee at my fave clubs in years I stroll in, go to the best table that has a "reserved" sign on it, throw the sign down, and sit there Sometimes the manager or bartender gives me a round for free I've had a bartender who would charge me for bottom shelf liquor and pour me top shelf A DJ who I bought a shot for once in a while, would let whichever girl was sitting with me skip stage. Since I usually go during dead shifts, the girls love skipping stage since they're dancing for very few customers and tips. I've had a manager let me and my buddies bring in our own bottle of liquor, for $150 in tips under the table to him and his bartender. Bottle service from them would have been $300 minimum for their cheapest bottle, we'd always bring in top shelf stuff for our $150 In the higher end, lower-touching clubs I go to, typically the bouncer strolls through the VIP room once per song, or once every two songs minimum. The bouncers almost never go through the VIP when I'm back there, and the girls all know it (or figure it out quickly), which means that low-touch club is not low-touch for me, if the stripper is game Of course, sometimes the only benefit I get is that I have someone to talk sports with while I'm waiting for my ATF. Still a win!

"A permaban may not be possible, but you can provide users with greater control over their experience here, while also discouraging troll behavior and their ability to get the responses they crave." Right. On top of that, I don't know what capabilities the current software has, but if it has policies where (for example) new users have to have their posts approved by a moderator, that would let a few active mods re-ban the trolls before their posts make it to the forum. There's likely lots of solutions already available, but aren't being used; I don't know of any other forum, even based on older software like this one, that hasn't figured out to how to handle trolls. Although most require a dedicated mod team, which this site could easily have, given how many trusted regular members check in a few times a day

Best way to discuss the reply to founder's question is with troll exhibit A: why abnormal isolated psychology leads someone to make an internet site their life, even though everyone there hates them. This is not what normal people do, so trying to use normal-person psychology to understand it leads nowhere.

    What makes people...
Probably more serious than the thread deserves but, there have been plenty of studies on internet trolls, and they are pretty consistent: they tend to be angry, miserable people, often unable to make connections or friends in their real life. People can't live without connection, and internet trolling gets them a lot of attention, even if it's negative (which they also enjoy). They're unable to get positive attention even on the internet, so that avenue isn't available. Trying to figure out why they troll, from the perspective of normal (or what passes as normal here on tuscl 🤣 ) psychology isn't going to illuminate anything. Imagine if you were isolated, miserable, damaged, and the only way you could get attention is through negative interactions... once they find their site, this is their life, which is why they don't stop coming. This is also why so many of us are sure dougster is still around. He stage-managed his exit, but unless he got psychological help, tuscl was his life and is still his life. So when another troll shows up shortly after, cringily pretending to be street while being obviously incredibly not-street, that's where suspicion fell. These guys are all still here, and will keep coming back, unless and until the admin does something about it to address it. I hear that's coming! lol
