No need to go into Detroit at all. You can start at the Flight Club but you will drop a lot of side money before you get talkin' happy. You may want to start at the Silver Criket where you can get in for free and spend or not spend depending on the traffic. Then you could mosey down to BTs and if that doesn't work head back to Bogarts. By that time if you have not hit pay dirt the gang at Bogarts may appeal.19 years old can't drink but they can enter before 9:00pm.

I always wait until i can take 2-300 dollars so i can tip without worrying and still have persuasive cash. The only time i will low ball a club is my first time there for exploratory reasons. One drink and out and will return armed with dough if I like it. I have learned not to go to a new club with lots of money. Spend too much for too little and end up pssed at myself. Wiat until you can afford a good time at some palce you like.

4 miles to a dive when desparate. 12 miles to the next best one around and then only 1 mile more to three others right around. Just far enough to be slightly discrete.

I was a bartender for seven years and I have clothes that still smell like a bar.It is a combination of stale beer, old cigarette smoke and sweat. Mix that with cheap perfume and hairspray and soggy nylon clothes and you could fumigate with the stuff. Some clubs also have a lingering smell of bug bomb but that's only in the classier joints.

As a regular customer at Landing Strip/Flight Club/Bogarts and occasionally even Johns Hot Spot I can only tell you that trying to predict the quality of the entertainment is a fools pursuit. The look of the clubs is different and consistent but the girls change pretty frequently both in variety and in offerings. Money and alcohol will get you far but don't bank on the value of your rating system.Be ready to pull up stakes and move on if the first one or two are not happening.

My last three visits (all different Detroit clubs) I have been offered OTC complete with slipped phone numbers. This doesn't make me think I am a stud. It just makes me think times are tough. No sympathy though but also no response as these are not girls I would like to see in daylight. If I wanted to drop money on a woman I would hustle at Krogers. ITC works for me as it quick and ,sometimes, clean.

In Detroit I usually tip the guy at the desk of the V.I.P. area about $20.00 just to be left alone. The waitresses i take care of on the floor.
