I did go for "private dances" to a stripper's apartment. Turns out there were no dances :) I would not trust her at my house though. I could see that working only with somebody I had built up a solid foundation of trust with.

The first time I was approached in Vegas last year it was so subtle that I didn't realize it was a pitch until later. The second time was blatant. Both were in a high end strip hotel. I suspect that if they are not making a scene, they are tolerated.

About half the time, the last thing I do in a club is get a dance. After I get the dance, I say my goodbyes back in the couch room and hit the door. This is not an indication of any extras I may or may not have gotten.

I can take it or leave it. I rarely pick one out of the lineup so that does not do it for me. If a girl is tied up with a lucrative PL, she won't leave him for me if I tip her at the lineup anyway. I have had it annoy me when my choice of the night had to leave for the lineup.

In my limited experience, currently it is Cowboy's in Lexington. Laid back atmosphere. Reasonable drinks. Nude on stage. Nice, seriously nice, attention for dollar tips. Five buck table dances with outstanding one way contact. Good $20.00 dances with the right girl. VIP can be worthwhile, YMMV. I don't like the drink hustle, but it is not a dealbreaker. Christie's Memphis is a close second.

Google voice has saved my bacon in this arena before when things blew up. I have two different google accounts and two numbers. One is my "I don't trust you at all" number. If somebody proves trustworthy, they move up to my main google voice number. No one from the club has my real number.

@25, I agree wholeheartedly that the women on this board are giving strippers a better name. I love me some feisty, articulate, TUSCL girls. On the other hand, saying that strippers aren't stupid is as wrong as saying strippers are whores. Some are and some aren't.

I have one in my real facebook. She was more worried that I would out her than the other way around. I have a few in my "alternate" facebook account. They are pretty good entertainment talking about loser boyfriends and drunk parties at the club. Yes, they are malefactor's (for you FD). I only text with trusted girls.
