This happened during my senior year of high school. I don’t remember what class I was in when it happened. I just remember class was interrupted and we all gathered to watch the TV and that is when I saw the second plane crash. Everyone was released from school to go home for the rest of the day, but I still had to go back in the afternoon for football practice.

A few of you mentioned seeing ads on TV late at night. That is the most logical time to air them, as only adults would typically be awake during those hours.
I guess the most surprising part was that it was 4:00 in the afternoon when I saw this ad on TV.

I think they could do OK as a business, but if I had to eastimate, maybe 1% of all travelers going through an airport would actually go to a strip club to begin with. I think a lot more people that see a strip club while walking through an airport would file complaints as opposed to being intrigued enough to check it out. Just my two cents for what it’s worth.

My second visit to this particular club, a dancer approached me. She had a nice little spinner body, but once you see her up close, let’s just say her face wasn’t her best feature.
Her: Is this your first time here?
Me: No
Her: Really? I haven’t seen you before
Me: I was here last month
Her: Well anyway, are you here for some fun?
Me: Yes
Her: OK. It is $400 for oral, or $500 for oral and sex.
Me: I don’t pay that much
Her: I can give you a first time discount, oral and sex for $350. What do you say?
Me: That’s still too high
Her (as she is walking away): Let me know if you change your mind.
Let’s see, why would I pay $350 when the previous time, a girl hotter than her agreed to do it for $200?

Several Detroit area clubs have Facebook and Instagram pages, but the advertising is mostly for special events, food and drink specials. The majority of them use models for their advertisements instead of their own girls.
As for clubs advertising actual girls that work there, Deja Vu clubs seem to do that nightly on their Facebook and Instagram pages by posting a lineup of who’s there. They also use their own girls to pose for pictures, but about 90% of them will not show the girl’s face, most likely for the same reason Pali mentioned. A lot of these girls want to remain anonymous when it comes to the possibility that someone they know may find out they are a stripper just simply by stumbling across their picture on a strip club’s social media page.

Gee, I wonder why some of those vice cops need to cover their face. Would it be crazy for me to think that some of those guys go to clubs as customers because, well because, they would like to get a BJ?
It makes sense to me. It would be really awkward if a vice cop issues a ticket to a dancer that he previously got a BJ from, and she recognized him. It wouldn’t be as awkward if his face is covered so that there is little chance the dancer may recognize him.

When I get home from work, I usually notice a lot of good threads get posted during the hours I am at work, and some get a lot of responses in such a short time. Usually, while reading those discussions, I see someone already wrote a response similar to what I was thinking, so I don’t always comment on all these discussions. As it gets later in the evening, I notice a slight drop in activity on this discussion board.
