lol this reminds me of an old fav of mine who I lost contact with and hadn't seen for a long time. And then one day I visited a club I rarely go to and there she was. that's when I found out she had gotten implants. :( before the implants her breasts were small, but I thought they looked great. now she looks odd to me because it's like her breasts are too big for her body. they look out of proportion. :(
i can't speak for other guys, but to me bigger isn't always better. i don't know the cup size of my current favorite, but her breasts are probably no bigger than a B cup and to me they look great. i would also jump off a building if my current fav ruined her perfect natural breasts the way my old favorite did.

For your first two categories I’m ok with A or B. For your last category, I prefer B. The only thing I really dislike is dinner plate areola’s. They just don’t look good to me. And like ClubFan said…I don’t like pierced nipples because it gets in the way of nipple sucking which I LOVE!
I know this is just about nipples, but my favorite has amazing breasts. It’s her best asset. Even better, she has no problem with nipple sucking :)

i mostly make plans with a dancer to see her specifically. the reason why is because when i go to see a favorite i have a better time. it's not like i can't have a good time if i make a spur of the moment visits, but spur of the moment visits is much more of a crapshoot. sometimes they can be fun, but they also can be crappy many times too. if i'm going to see a favorite it's almost a guarantee i'm going to have a good time unless she's tied up with another customer or something.
my CF is one of those dancers who dances on and off. in other words, she'll take months off at a time. and then when she feels like she'll start dancing again. anyway, it's been a while since i've seen her but it sounds like she's gonna start dancing again very soon. it'll be cool to see her again and see what she's been up to all this time
