@wld4tatas, I'm guessing that the voters were more concerned about returning someone who would continue with the same failing and, frankly, absurd policies than they were about Trump's character flaws.

What melodramatic nonsense, lol. For starters, all of the cases are done. Finished. Trump will shut down the federal cases and, under the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution, no state case will be allowed to impede his Constitutional duties as sitting President. All of which makes sense. Imagine the chaos if a state or local government or court could impose its will on a sitting President. No President would ever be safe from lawfare waged by local jurisdictions that oppose his policies. As far as his supposed retaliations, let's calm down now. For all his bluster during his last term, he was actually very restrained in terms of real action against enemies, far more so than the Biden Administration has been I might add. Frankly I am looking forward to 4 years where out alphabet soup of regulatory agencies are no longer being used as hammers to punish disfavored parties or adopt sweeping policies that they never had a Congressional mandate to implement. So our choice was the loud guy who makes much noise but causes little real harm or the gal who walks softly but no doubt has a club concealed behind her back. IMO we made the right choice.

I'm not sure which experts were saying what, so I can't opine on that. What I CAN say is that after Ryland kicked so bad for so long, Mayo had no choice but to cut him. I'm not sure how much patience the Pats were supposed to have. It's not like a QB or other skill position requiring an understanding of a variety of schemes and a multitude of different skills sets. The guy had one fucking job: kick the ball through the uprights. It's great that Ryland got his head on straight with Arizona, but that doesn't make Mayo's decision a bad one. They could only judge him on his body of work in New England and it was bad, so they made the right call. It sounds like a change of scenery was the right call for Ryland too.

Between the fees and the low withdrawal limits, strip club ATMs are a PITA. I can count on one hand the number of times I've used one in the last 20 years, usually just to top off if I'm having an expensive night and I'm about to make a large purchase. My withdrawal limit is high enough on my debit card that I can amply load up at a regular ATM before going to the club.

And the predominant view, which is the product of easily over 100 years of cumulative strip club experiences, is that she's engaging in normal customer maintenance tactics and that he shouldn't read anything more into it. If she really wanted to date you, you'd already know it. You should very safely assume that the texting is part of her hustle to keep a good customer on the hook. A safe rule of thumb is that if she's out of your league in a normal bar setting, then she's still out of your league ITC, even if she's acting nice to you because it's her job, lol. So you have nothing to lose by pitching a paid OTC date to her. When you do, you'll learn her real views towards you real fast. Either way it goes, you'll be better off. If she rejects your offer, then you can move on. If she accepts, then maybe busting a few nuts in her, and seeing how she behaves OTC, will help you clear your head. Or you can keep flying around in the false hope holding pattern indefinitely. Or even worse, humiliate yourself by confessing feelings for her just to see her head to the DR to escape you. @crosscheck: Jayden Daniels was a late 10th round pick in my league, lol. As far as your current positions, the cream always rises to the top eventually - you'll get there. A few weeks ago I was 1-3 with the second lowest point total and at 9th place in a 10 team league, lol. Now I am 3-4 in 6th place with the fourth highest point total in the league due to two monster weeks. I'm on the march with a beast in every position (finally) and I only need to finish in 4th to make the playoffs. @Puddy: Like you I suspect, I kept Cooper tucked on my bench in the hope that SOMETHING would change, whether it was a different QB or something else. I'm guessing that you're as happy as I am that you held onto him, lol.

@rattdog, exactly. When I dropped Aiyuk, I had Ja'Marr Chase and Brian Thomas Jr. in my WR 1 and WR 2 slots, Rashid Shaheed in my flex as a WR 3 and Amari Cooper on the bench. Aiyuk was occupying bench space that I needed to seek out help in other areas and to stash bye week backups. Of course for anyone following, Rashid Shaheed just got knocked out for the season. But the football gods were smiling on me as Amari Cooper just got traded to Buffalo and is already returning to old form, tearing it up this week with Josh Allen throwing to him. Imagine having a productive Amari Cooper as your WR 3, lol. It's an embarrassment of riches in a PPR league.

Aiyuk has underperformed in all but one game this year. Replacing him was one of the best decisions I've made this year.

I'm not going to criticize a girl who does what she must to feed her kid and pay the bills. Sure it's far from ideal, but maybe her options were limited. Heck, who knows? Maybe they're on to something by using Lust as a daycare center on slower nights when it is closed. 😁

It's funny for me to read comments from guys saying that hearing about a dancer's SO ruins things for them. It does the exact opposite for me, especially if he's a live-in, because it tells me that she has yet another mouth to feed. Combine that with the ability to host at a house with its own dock on a swimmable pond (facing a state forest on the other side of the pond - it was beautiful) and it was like shooting fish in a barrel, lol. For a while I was having a blast. But it came at a price. Every single time I had a girl over, I had to do a sweep of the house before she left to make sure she didn't try to leave something behind. Toothbrushes were the most common, but I also came across pillows, clothes and other assorted stuff. Then there were those inevitable moments where they wanted more, including the girls who initially claimed otherwise, along with the tears and assorted drama when I didn't reciprocate. No thanks man. I probably wouldn't have seriously dated again if not for the desire to have children. Now that I have my kids and have crashed and burned yet another marriage, no more. Never. Nada. Finito. Done.

You should just assume that they all have SOs, lol. Because most of them do. It doesn't bother me in the least. I have less than zero interest in dating a stripper. After 2 wives, two other former long-term live-in GFs and countless more casual dating situations, each and every one of which ended badly, I've learned that I'm just not very good SO material. So I play around with paid companions instead. All they want is some money, which I can handle. Over 30 years of various dating formats has taught me that there is really no such thing as "NSA" sex with a civilian woman - it always comes with strings. No thank you. I've had enough female drama to last me a lifetime. 😂

@Rattdog: I couldn't agree more. I picked him up as a late round sleeper pick, along with one of my other rookies, but for the first 3 weeks I was concerned that he was doing that rookie QB flash in the pan thing. But after his week 4 performance, I just couldn't ignore him any longer and he paid off nicely for week 5. Now I'll just keep riding him until defensive coordinators start to figure out his weaknesses. My starting lineup now includes 4 bonified rookies, lol. I also have a second year guy on the bench who seems to be finally hitting his stride in the league, but I need to see one more good game from him before I give him one of my coveted RB slots. Man I'm having fun now. I had to be strategic and unconventional because I had a shitty draft position. If more of these guys were paying attention to the sleepers in the draft and the rising stars emerging by weeks 3 and 4, I'd probably be fucked right now, lol. Instead I was able to bolster my team by starting my sleepers and through uncontested waiver claims and one overlooked free agent.
