Catcalls - Is it really that bad or did they just pick the wrong neighborhood
"My bad – I did not read that thread – the title and body did not tip me off" @Papi - No worries, perfectly understandable, just giving you a hard time (although I'm really not sure why you have deogol on ignore) - we all know you're a stand-up guy and definitely NOT the kind of douchebag loser that would steal another member's topic and try to pass it off as his own. I mean that's almost as bad as stealing another member's avatar and screen name and trying to pass yourself off as some sort of cheap imitation.

    A Modest Proposal
@JS69 - Aren't we still working on adding LDK to the glossary? Are you trying to jump the line? @Papi - What is the correct protocol here?

Finally some good news for Atlanta club goers.
"I will be in ATL for the 3rd time in 3 years all just to SC – in my last trip I spent abut $3k " I have no issue with how you spend your $350k/yr, Papi, but you know some people on here see that as frivolous and low priority

OT: More great economic news - homeownership in America has collapsed
"So, who is supposed to be buying these houses while prices are up, but real wages and disposable income is down?" Entrepreneurial millennials, of course. The same ones driving the economic boom. Haven't you been paying attention?

    My Dream Stripper, Part 2
Thanks for the ExSum, John! I skimmed the rest and got the gist: Some thoughts: "Part of me felt like a dirty old man" You'll get over that ;) "She talks about things that interest 19 year olds" PM me if you need pointers on current celebrity gossip and pop culture "We got lots of stares when we held hands and kissed on the sidewalk. " that is a rush Enjoy!

    Civilian Women and their Preferences
"Women place great importance in a man with maturity, money, and security," True, John, but of course that may all be changing with the economic boom. Just the other day I was chatting with a young woman who was cocktail waitressing part time while she went to nursing school, while also working on her real estate license.

I don't think it's wishful thinking, I get 2-3 messages daily from civilian women asking if I want to get together for coffee or meet for drinks And just for the record, Denny's is suddenly "cool" again. http://www.businessinsider.com/dennys-is-suddenly-cool-again-2014-10

"Jobless Claims in U.S. Unexpectedly Decrease to 14-Year Low"
Nope, try again genius. "In 1994, 63% of recent female high school graduates and 61% of male recent high school graduates were enrolled in college in the fall following graduation. By 2012, the share of young women enrolled in college immediately after high school had increased to 71%, but it remained unchanged for young men at 61%" http://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2014/03/06/womens-college-enrollment-gains-leave-men-behind/

"Jobless Claims in U.S. Unexpectedly Decrease to 14-Year Low"
"Since the end of 2008 the labor force participation rate has fallen from 65.8% to 63.6%. The recent decline we've seen has been primarily among young, single men. For single men age 16-19, participation fell by almost 9 points...For single men age 20-24 it fell by almost 5 points." http://www.theatlantic.com/business/archive/2012/10/why-is-the-labor-force-shrinking-blame-young-men-not-the-economy/263368/ Of course, a significant chunk of this decline can probably be attributed to a corresponding increase in stripper boyfriends
