From what I understand of Spanish, the locals near this Peruvian strip club get pissed off over all of the prostitution and crime it is bringing to their neighborhood. They go and lash the strippers, club employees, and pathetic losers with whips. Devo would be proud. These Peruvian women are pretty nasty--indigenous-looking and chubby.

Now that Peru is a semi-democracy I guess the Silver path had to find something to do. It was hard to hear the Spanish but I think this was a whip and beer special night.
