Accurate review. You might also mention that the club does not allow smoking in the main area (there is a separate smoking room). The only problem with the Criket Good club is the talent: inconsistent and tends to run towards heavier women.

The number of strip club closures posted on TUSCL seems to far outpace the number of new clubs being opened. By that estimate, I guess that means that strip clubs are dying. If prostitution were legalized and regulated to certain districts (like the Zone Norte in Tijuana where Hong Kong is located, or the FKK model in Germany), that would guarantee their survival.

Are you saying that $400 was the best price available? Did you try to negotiate with your dancer or with any of the other dancers for comparative prices?

For me, the adjustment was pretty quick with four exceptions: 1) when you have no other cars to "lead the way" (e.g., rural roads), you have to concentrate a bit more; 2) round abouts; 3) emergency situations where years of driving experience in the US can send you in the wrong direction; 4) getting in to the "passenger side" and wondering why someone moved the steering wheel. In rural areas of England and Scotland, the roads can be narrow and ofter lined with shrubs. When I rent a car, I typically do a walk around to verify any preexisting damage. I commented that my rental had scratch marks all over the passenger side. The rental agent said that all the rental cars were scratched as a results of driving close to the hedges.

The white parka dance outfits reminded me of Woody Allen's film "Everything you wanted to know about sex," the skit where the characters were dressed up as a sperm and ready for "blast off."

I think it is a great idea and every city should have a zone where brothels are legal. Take a look at Hong Kong or at the FKK clubs, including the Globe Club which was just reviewed, for a model that would work. If done right, it is safer for the girls as wall as safer for the customers. Notice that I did not endorse unregulated legalized street prostitution. In general, making a highly coveted activity (sex) or substance (e.g., alcohol, cannabis, etc.) illegal, drives the price up, brings in organized crime and increases the safety risks for all parties. For examples, go back and take a look at the history of Prohibition. Or take a look at the states that have legalized cannabis for examples. I've never been to a FKK club but I'd love to see that model available in a regulated manner in the US.

$50/dance sounds seriously over priced, unless the mileage was off the chart.

No escorts for me but I can appreciate the allure of sex with an escort. As noted by CJKent, sex with escorts has several risks, two of which are mentioned above (#3, robbed; #4 police sting) as well as a few others (e.g., bait and switch, the escort blows up your phone or intrudes in your private life). Of course, the escorts also incur some of the same risks as the customer. As best I can tell, ITC sex with a stripper is not risk free but it has fewer risks than sex with an escort if the ITC transaction is done on a cash basis (no identifying credit cards or other personal information). I'm fortunate that my travels take me to places where ITC sex at a strip club is possible (Detroit, City of Industry, Tampa Bay Area). So for me, I'll pass on escorts as long as I have access to strip clubs where ITC sex is possible. This is a personal preference and I'm sure that those who partake of escort services can provide eloquent rationale to support their personal preferences. For thought: If you had access to strip clubs where ITC sex was possible, where would you invest your time and money? Escorts or strippers?

The authors are anonymous when the reviews are reviewed. Now that I see the author (rockie) it is obvious that this is NOT a shill review. However, my comments are accurate: "well written" (my compliments!) and "very little information on the private dance facilities and mileage." You make a compelling case for withholding "an explicit review" but that case was made in your commentary, not in your original review. And thanks for reviewing a club that has good talent but seems to be overlooked.

Where will all of those jaded strippers go to complain about male customers??
