I've reviewed lots of "unpublished reviews" and never rejected one because of the absence of details on the club layout or architecture. But there are some physical descriptions that I find helpful such as: parking (valet? adequacy? price?), private dance facilities, size and privacy, seating options (bar, booth, table, etc.). I agree with Ishmael that physical details are less important than details on the talent, the stage show, the private dance costs and mileage.

Songs are cut at around 2.5 to 3 minutes, making the $40 per song a bit too pricey.

Of the clubs mentioned in the original post, I've been to Ybor strip (excellent mileage and an all nude club, talent was OK, not outstanding) and to Cheetah in Sarasota (limited mileage in my experience but a few reports of higher mileage).
Nothing like a little road trip!
Any other sage advice from knowledgable locals?

Accurate review. You might also mention that the club does not allow smoking in the main area (there is a separate smoking room). The only problem with the Criket Good club is the talent: inconsistent and tends to run towards heavier women.

The number of strip club closures posted on TUSCL seems to far outpace the number of new clubs being opened. By that estimate, I guess that means that strip clubs are dying.
If prostitution were legalized and regulated to certain districts (like the Zone Norte in Tijuana where Hong Kong is located, or the FKK model in Germany), that would guarantee their survival.

Are you saying that $400 was the best price available? Did you try to negotiate with your dancer or with any of the other dancers for comparative prices?

As Papi points out, every customer spends on different things, so total money spent can be misleading.
I'd prefer a mandatory listing of categories:
Parking fees (if any)
Admission costs
Drink costs
Food costs
Stage tipping (so we can scold the "make it rain" customers)
Private dance costs/song
If available, cost range for extras
Other expenses not listed above:

For me, the adjustment was pretty quick with four exceptions: 1) when you have no other cars to "lead the way" (e.g., rural roads), you have to concentrate a bit more; 2) round abouts; 3) emergency situations where years of driving experience in the US can send you in the wrong direction; 4) getting in to the "passenger side" and wondering why someone moved the steering wheel.
In rural areas of England and Scotland, the roads can be narrow and ofter lined with shrubs. When I rent a car, I typically do a walk around to verify any preexisting damage. I commented that my rental had scratch marks all over the passenger side. The rental agent said that all the rental cars were scratched as a results of driving close to the hedges.

Did the dancers speak fluent English or do you speak Spanish? You rejected two offers for a private dance. I'm not sure what you were expected but it sounds like a boring club and a boring customer.

While traveling in Europe, I had a woman show up at the neighboring urinal and stand there and pee. I said "welcome" and she reported that the women's restroom had a long line so she was using the less crowded men's room.

A bit confusing. $500 total?? Generally recommend that you do not identify dancers by name when extras are involved.
