Matehuala is probably the best known strip club in Monterrey and the first thing you notice as you walk it is how dimly lit it is. Unless you walk around with a flashlight it's hard to see anything. There are two long stages but in three trips I only saw one in use and it if was similarly poorly lit. You can barely make out two or three shadowy figures moving around on stage. I'd hardly call it dancing. They do five songs, four fully clothed in strippers attire and midway through song five they take off their tops for a minute or so. Nobody is tipping.
