i enjoyed reading playboy a lot during the period from 1985-95. mail subscription so never a need to check it out at the newstand. just wait for it to arrive.
the routine was always rip up the wrapper, check out the celebrity 20 questions, the jokes in the back of the centerfold section, and the last page to see what would be on the next issue. lastly check out the centerfold section to see if the girl of the month was jackoff worthy.

you're better off playing fanduel or draftkings. the amount of money that one gambles with the bookies would be better off with the daily fantasy sites. if anything one would bet even less. also the payoffs will be much better.
20 grand for 1st place a few years ago playing mlb.
a couple of times 5 grand 1st place nhl.
nba is the hardest though. but if you get 1st place you can get 200 grand. nfl the same.

not smart for the landlord to be acting this way. going forward that tenant will stop paying rent. a great way to save up for the move top the next apartment. also generally takes up to a year to have a tenant to officially vacate the premises.
and if the tenant is real vindictive he/she will leave a nice goodbye present - pouring a couple of cans of beans down the sink drain.

i just checked out that article. i've seen many girls on SA from montclair. even though most of those were girls were in the 7-8 looks range, there was something about their profiles that just didn't vibe well with me.
