One champagne room and three dances in 2 hours and she's doing better, for a hottie in a busy club that's not unreasonable and she probably has a good idea what she can pull off.
That said, I think there are a lot of dancers who would not grasp the 'bird in the hand' of this deal and ignore it, even though it would be smart.

Discreet HJ's happen a few places, typically in some form of VIP during the slower afternoon/morning shifts.
That's about it unless you've got a place with 1on1 VIP that is very secluded or has a door you can close, usually this will cost out the nose.
Reasonably priced extra's in Vegas died with OG.

In some of the higher end VIP rooms you could probably get away with this, contingent on finding a dancer who doesn't care. Sapphire, Palomino, and Little Darlings all come to mind as possible. Keep in mind you'll be shelling out hundreds for the room and probably more hundreds for mandatory drinks.

The term trafficking get's tossed around with a little to much ease but it does still happen, it's also hard to prove and convict.
