The truth about Biden's capitulaton to Taliban starting to be revealed
Anyone saying Biden is going through with Trump's plan is just plain foolish. He has changed direction on numerous things Trump set in place by executive fiat. If it comes to saying that it was an international thing, Trump changed course by telling the climate change crowd that you don't have to do that by dropping out of the Paris Climate accord. Bottom line, any fuck ups happening now are not the Orange man's fault.

COVID after the vaccines - this year vs last year
Here's a CDC link for Covid Deaths in the US. Looks the same as when we had lockdowns and no vaccine. https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/covid19/mortality-overview.htm

COVID after the vaccines - this year vs last year
Like I said, just what I see. I think it's a funny coincidence that media outlets like CNN and MSNBC do show running case and body counts now that a Democrat is in office. If we can blame the Orange Man, whey can't we blame Sleepy Joe? I've been out living normal since last May. It is what it is. But the OP's point is it is worse now. I think there is no domestic person to blame but the WHO and China will blow smoke up our ass. Our people in charge now aren't grilled like the Orange Man was. It seems our solution is mandates that will soon be getting stronger as time goes on.

COVID after the vaccines - this year vs last year
I work in hospitals all around the country. No scientific method in my look at it. Just what I've seen in the past few weeks at hospitals is scary with the amount of cases I have run into in these hospitals. At one hospital in the Vegas area, the covid floor was completely full. I also walked through the ER in the morning. Normally, the ER is slowest during the day because the drunks haven't shown up like they do at night. This place was packed. So many patients were lined up in the hallways that traffic by staff in the hallway was one at a time. This is because patients were stacked up in the hallways as all the rooms on the wards and in the ER were full. Another hospital in a rural area was on shutdown from the average person because of the spike in cases. In the parking lot, cars were lined up outside for drive by testing. A few people I work with that were vaccinated also were out with Covid. This is happening in pro sports as well.

I wouldn't make any plans to come to California for now. The recall election is next week. Gavin is probably going to survive but the big thing is he will feel free to impose more restrictions once he's through the recall. Right now he's sending state stimulus checks to make sure he's liked. San Diego only has one topless club with alcohol and a few nude clubs. On top of that, the entertainer license from the city is about $400 per year.

These "geriatrics" you describe have already passed the Darwin test and survived into old age despite whatever stupid things they did in their youth. At this point in their life, they don't have to try to be cool or prove anything to anyone. They can live fat and happy, content in the good life.

I think the use of public transportation and ride sharing does affect some of the top cities. In Birmingham, many of the freeways don't have much lane space to merge onto the freeway. Therefore, if the right lane is congested, you either have to force your way on in a short time or stop and restart your merge from a dead stop once the lane is clear.

Covid seemed to create a scenario where some dancers chose to stay away for more than a year. I got some dances from a very popular dancer before she took a covid vacation and got a few after. She was always very popular before and now seems even more popular. Never experienced long times where I've seen dancers go away but try not to get too attached as there's always a new CF around the corner.

    Clubs in Tampa
I don't live in Tampa but I visit these places when I go out to Florida a few times a year. They have hot dancers at both clubs but mileage is kept pretty low by how the clubs monitor VIP. You go to these clubs to enjoy the stage show and party atmosphere and hang out with young hot women. As long as you know that going in, you can have fun.

West Coast Story: Random Thoughts, Notes, Musings of Mongering Along the Pacific
@Muddy. If you like In-N-Out you might like a burger place called Habit Burger. Mostly in the West but they have started a few places in the East. Char grilled burgers and shakes made with real ice cream. I like them more than Five Guys and In-N-Out

Very nice recap but I think I need to catch it in two reads so that I don't pass up the good stuff. San Diego is a one strip club town as far as booze now. It is definitely not a strip club destination spot. SF has become a homeless hellhole from what I saw on my last trip there.

    Why the contempt for strippers?
I love titties and beer. Sometimes I get annoyed at an individual stripper that pours it on too hard as soon as I walk in the door but I also understand in these slow times. I don't overthink it too much. I just like young half naked, or fully naked, girls. Brings a smile to my face.

My casual drinking is your alcohol poisoning.
    When a dancer introduces herself
If you have been going to clubs for a long time, you realize that occasionally a girl will force you into being a dick. I had a recent encounter recently where I did buy the girl a drink but then she started asking me to tip her. I will throw a girl a $20, on my own, if I have a drink with her and take 15 minutes of her time and later decide I want to spend the money on someone else or nobody at all. She stayed and stopped her stripper act with me and I actually liked her. But, she knew that she pushed to hard to go back to VIP and even said she blew it by pushing for the tip. I did end up giving her a $20 after she finished her drink and told her that maybe we can start off better next time. I don't like being a dick but I also won't be pushed around. I will compensate if a girl stays around for 15 minutes or so because I realize her time is money. Sometimes, as I talk more with a girl that rushes me like you described, I will end up spending on her once I unwind a bit and they actually grow on me while we talk.

The Safest and Most Dangerous Cities in the U.S.
As far as I know, I've been to 30 of the 50 total. Some of the "safe" places are such small suburbs of big cities that I might have been to more on the list and didn't even realize I was there. Some cities missing from the dangerous list are surprising like Las Vegas, Portland, Seattle and San Francisco. In the last 3 cities, brazen burglaries and robberies take place because prosecutors refuse to prosecute what they think are minor crimes. I grew up near San Francisco and always loved going there until the last time I went in 2019 and didn't even feel safe walking near the convention center in the middle of the day.
