I didn’t say astronomical price increases, I said price increases. And, yes, we will do well relative to every other nation. We are uniquely positioned with energy, agricultural, and Human Resources.

Zeihan also makes a couple interesting points with regard to Russia. While the US has the world’s best farmland in the Midwest, Ukraine also has rich farmland. That will be a critical resource to whoever controls it. Also, as the world boycotts Russia, they have nowhere to send much of their oil. Their wells are in Siberia and the equipment is poorly maintained. If the equipment is out of use for a few months, micro fractures will form and the wells will become useless. That will have a noticeable impact on world oil supply.

The war in the Pacific started because Japan needed to get access to natural resources for its economy. This time, China could be in the same situation. It’s gonna get messy.

Any diplomatic mission should have a goal in mind. Every possible outcome from Pelosi’s visit is worse than if she hadn’t visited. She has no goal, no positive outcome. It provokes the Chinese, incents them to retaliate, and puts Taiwan at much greater risk.

Monkeypox exposure notification from this club
Monkey pox is related to smallpox. The smallpox vaccine is effective against monkey pox. For decades, Public Health agencies were tasked with being prepared for just this occurrence. Instead, they allowed millions of vaccines to expire and have no procedures in place to fight it. Most of the early cases were transmitted via gay sex. No action was taken to control this activity. When CoVid hit, we shut everything down. With monkeypox, they didn’t even shut down the bath houses. I wonder why.

Nancy made her move. Now, China will respond. One option that has been discussed, both within China and in the US, would be for China to blockade Taiwan. They’ve already encircled Taiwan with their Navy. Not only would a blockade crush Taiwan’s economy but it would stop the flow of semi-conductors to the rest of the world. That would make the current supply chain issues look trivial. The US would enter depression territory. It’s only fair to say Nancy called China’s bluff if they don’t respond. We don’t know that yet.

Nancy Pelosi’s visit to Taiwan is expected to cost tax payers over $90 million for security, allocation of US military presence, and more. ⠀ All this for her to get a private tour of the Nvidia chip factory after she purchased millions in shares using insider info. Meanwhile, the Dems can’t decide what their China Policy is: -John Kirby at the White House yesterday: "...We do not support Taiwan independence" -Pelosi in a statement today: "our congressional delegation's visit to Taiwan honors America’s unwavering commitment to supporting Taiwan’s vibrant democracy." China has deployed its Navy to encircle Taiwan and carry out “ military exercises”.

Question for Dancers: What Occupation impresses you the most?
Follow up question for dancers. Has any customer ever told you the truth when you asked what his job is? Over the years, I’ve had dancers look at my watch to judge my ability to spend.Seems like a more accurate approach, at least for old guys who still have watches.

It’s not the review writing that’s poor, it’s the quality of the club experience. All the reviews are either old or, if newer, reflect a poor experience.

    NY Post Now Denouncing Trump
For decades, a recession has been defined as 2 quarters in a row of negative growth. We’ve already had one quarter. Later this week, the 2nd quarter GDP numbers come out. They will almost certainly show we are in a recession. The Biden administration has just come out and said the definition of a recession isn’t as simple as that. It’s more nuanced. So, even if GDP declines this week, we really aren’t in a recession. It will be interesting to see how the media treats this. Will there be headlines about recession, or obedient silence ?

If I were Trump, I’d form an alliance with DeSantis. Trump would be more like a Chairman of the Board for 4 years, keeping DeSantis on track and getting in plenty of golf, while DeSantis did all the day to day heavy lifting as VP.

Clubs where dancers find their Real Life Partners from the club
Many years ago, in the city where I lived, a couple was arrested for fucking in the stands at a rock concert. The woman claimed it was okay because he was her fiancé. The man told police he had just met her. I suspect that if you were to ask the stripper and her older “boyfriend” to define their relationship, you’d get very different answers. “Dating” 😙
