I don't disagree totally, but "what is beautiful" is evolving a bit these days. Look at the myriad of rate this chick threads and the varied responses. Not everyone found the previous generation of models attractive. The idea of the previous generation representing an unrealistic or unattainable standard of beauty and that being a reason not to show them or a reason to show something else, I do find utterly retarded. But again, I've got no issue with showcasing alternate interpretations of beauty. I've always been against heavy photo manipulation and I'm glad to see a little less of that these days.

There are certainly variations in what different men find attractive but mostly female beauty is not that subjective. It's related to female fertility. Men are biologically attracted to signals of this such as waist-hip ratio, smooth skin, glossy hair and so on. Unattractive women have an incentive to try to shame men for being attracted to and going after the women they are naturally attracted to and to pick women they are not attracted to instead.

@doc not sure I can buy what you're selling. The beauty standard varies over time, and from culture to culture. It involves typical physical differences between male and female, but varies on which ones are most emphasized. Width of hips, large butt, large boobs, smaller feet, high pitched voice, being generally petite. Sometimes it's the imaginary difference that women remain childlike all their lives, so long legs and childlike facial features.
Hot chicks with half a brain recognize they are going to get old eventually, or that pregnancy may negatively affect their shape. So they also prefer it that men can be attracted by something other than physical appearance. I can't provide that, as I am shallow in that regard, so it works best if I stick with sex workers.
