I have not received any PMs from that person. Any member can send you a PM. You can stop the email notifications by going to your account and under settings turn off the notifications.

Got a similar PM from a different user. Appears to be spam, I would not click on the provided link.

You can add the user to your ignore list and message Founder to report.
