I used to always be against implants as a preference but I will say there are more than a few dancers at my club who are way too small for their body type. Larger girls should not have A cups. For the rest, I do like well done ones. Most of my regulars have them. My current g/f does not but she's petite and has very full and perky B's.
All depends on how well the job is done. If the surgeon did it well, then it's actually kind of hard to tell. But I have no problems with them at all. I like an athletic, toned girl with big boobs. Nature says that doesn't really happen. So if I get what I want, then she probably is enhanced.
I like them both ways, some fakes are amazing. I've seen some fantastic real tits on a 20 year old before gravity takes over. I've also dated a few girls that desperately needed a boob job, but never would go through with it.
I naturally like smaller breasts. Every dancer I have done dances with pre-enhancement, I have not liked and stopped doing dances with post-enhancement. Maybe 1% of the dancers get the right size (always far too big) and shape (um basketball anyone) because the shape they come ion seem silly; they are rock hard and feel unnatural; and there are plenty of guys who like them so why should I settle for something I don't like. Its like going to the Capitol Grille, my brother loves it, I'd go to Nathans and do lap dances.
Another vote for boob jobs where fun can be had with them. If they're too hard to play with then I may as well be watching a video. It's also too bad when the technique used leaves visible scars.

2. I often suspect that young men who have very little experience with FEELING actual human female breasts, are the men who are most likely to wish to LOOK at fake-looking "bolt on" breasts. Hence porn preferences. If they'd go to strip clubs more often, and actually compare the feeling between real and fake, they might change their visual preferences on the basis of their tactile preferences. The ten year thing is for implants from the early 2000s and before. Fake boobs are different and better now, surgeons have more experience and there is better technology with the materials they can use.

BTW, the OP asked for reasons. The reasons we have are real to us regardless of how irrational or shallow they may seem to others. If you don't want to see or refuse to believe our reasons, don't bother reading them.
I guess if i had no idea if she had implants and believed they were "real", i would be fooled and fine with it, i guess. Sort of like a nose job that was done well and i never saw her before it. Otherwise, that has never happened IME. You can feel the implant when you are squeezing around regardless of how "soft" they are. That just feels so unnatural to me and a turn off, not unlike a prosthesis, albeit skin covered. Some women do have naturally dense breast tissue and the large glands can feel like implants, but i've never seen or felt implants that literally felt or were shaped like mammary glands (almost like giant testicles, but a bit softer and more irregularly shaped). And nursing breasts also feel a little bit more like implants being basically milk filled, but still noticeably different, particularly the location of the gland (closer to the nipple than over the chest bone/muscle or even close to the armpit sometimes). I generally prefer a naturally fattier breast texture than the dense/glandular one anyway.
But even beyond the feel of fake breasts (which is generally the worst and most unnatural part to me), is the look as well. I don't like the obvious hemispheres. When a woman takes off her bra, i expect a difference, even a considerable one. There's a whole thing or meme, if you will, of titty drops and they are very sexy, but they don't generally work with obviously fake breasts. For natural fans like me, i very much appreciate the natural look and movement of natural breasts (and of course the feel as well). Even on very rare occasions where i see natural larger breasts that look "fake" (there are a lot of smaller breasts that look kind of fake), as in almost exactly the same shape in and outside the bra, i'm more impressed only in a cognitive sense, but i'm actually less physically turned on by that. Just the strong possibility that they could be fake makes me wary. That is until i feel them and their natural feel more than makes up for the unnatural look.

Here's some reasons, it's not natural and there are quite a few of us who dislike a natural beauty. I tell my girlfriend all the time to stop wearing makeup (or wear very little) because it is not natural and makes her look uglier than she really is.
They don't age well with your body (or at all). The older you get, the more they booth stay the same. Or they just look like balls in a sack because your skin is sagging while your boobs are still around because they're not real.
Consistent boob jobs. Girls have to periodically more than average go in for a boob check because their manufactured. They also create a higher risk of breast cancer and what husband wants to deal with that.
You're never happy with what you got. You hate your boobs, then your lips, then your holy Grail that is your booty. Or maybe you get a hip REDUCTION (wtf?) Before you know it, your a living Barbie doll...or an instathot. And I don't know about anyone else, but fake butts may (they don't) look good to SOME people while in public (they don't) or in pictures, but they have never been reliable in bed and fake butts gets you the red wing boot.
Unqualified value increase. Women who previously had low self-esteem due to their body suddenly think their a perfect 10, their attitude most times gets worse if left unchecked, and they feel only the best of the best men deserve them and only the finest and probably least sentimental gifts will do, when half of these same women are as vapid and clueless as a goldfish. Have you seen some of these dating/escort sites?
As a counterpoint.
Attitude goes a long way when considering attraction in my book. If a boob job makes her more confident without the GPS and removes some insecurity, that will go a long way to countering my distaste for a noticable boob job. It could be a net positive, but that isn't the norm IME.
I am starting to get mildly annoyed with some of these points of view.
Not every girl is born with nice everything. Example- some of us can get away with no makeup and this has no effect on money or a positive effect on money. So is the girl with an ugly face supposed to feel like shit? LOL NO. Put on some makeup or get some plastic surgery and keep it moving.

Makeup and implants are completely different in my opinion. Makeup helps to look great but is removed at the end of the day, and I appreciate that women make the effort to apply and remove it. Implants seems more like an unnecessary life decision to me. You can't take the implants out at night. Implants generally make women look better in clothes, but less good nude.
As a guy, when you consider that, you have to question the real reason why women get them. I think it's mostly to feel better about themselves, which I don't think is a good reason. You should be able to feel good about yourself without fake boobs. Maybe I'm wrong, and the reason is to please all the guys who have a CFNM fetish, and in that case, I'm all for them! If looking better really makes someone feel better about themselves then I guess fine - but it really shouldn't in my opinion. Secondly, spending a ton of money on one's appearance seems not right to me. There are more important things imo. I know we're in the 21st century, so I'm still living in the past, I know. People can do what they want so my opinion means nothing anyway.
I have a few friends whose wives have wanted and in some cases gotten implants. I just don't see the need (and their husbands don't either). You're married already so it shouldn't be about looking good to others at that point in your life. Fortunately my wife has natural C cups and would never need or want implants.
If your occupation is contingent on having bigguns then maybe that's different. But even then, I've known several dancers pre-implants and they don't necessarily look better afterwards. The truth is probably that most guys don't prefer implants but the average non-hardcore PL is not as picky. So getting implants can boost a girls income.

For what it's worth, studies have shown that women who get breast implants (and specifically breast implants compared to other CS) are around 3 times as likely to commit suicide as well as more likely to die from alcohol and substance abuse. I'm not saying that implants are the cause, but they are definitely a symptom. Using an external "solution" to deal with an internal problem tends not to work well. It's like cutting weeds. Someone stronger mentally is much less likely to get implants.

Personally, I prefer natural breasts, whether they are As or D's. That said, my ATF's are enhanced C's, as are several other dancers from whom I have gotten lap dances.
In my ATF's case, giving birth to two children had deflated her breasts from large Bs/small Cs to shapeless As. Getting enhancements was for her, not to make more bucks. She paid big bucks for a top notch, sub-muscular job and I never felt any joint or edges. When she had them reworked after she suffered a ruptured implant after ~12 years, her new state-of-the-art implants feel amazingly natural. Another favorite had a similarly done pair (done by the same plastic surgeon) that I was never able to tell if they were real or not until she told me. No visible scarring, no lumps, no edges, great shape, totally natural feel.
It's a new game out there guys. If a girl has enhanced boobs that haven't been oversized and have been done with the latest technology, you probably won't know unless you knew her before her operation.

I don't judge ladies for having work done, they all have their own reasons. I just hope they put tought towards it and make a reasoned decision and not a knee-jerk one, especially if it is for short term benefit if the procedure is not easily reversed.
I give tge same advice for tattoos and vasectomies.
My mom's boobs are nearly 20 years old and they look natural as fuck. And they're saline! (Silicon is better).
I also think women with well shaped boobs pre-surgery will have better looking "fake" boobs post-surgery than a girl who was completely flat or had awfully shaped boobs post surgery. Some boobs are difficult to fix.
I'm scared to get a noob job because 1) I love my boobs and fear that I would miss my old boobs if I ever got implants, and 2) I've never gotten a real surgery where I had to be put under (anesthesia) and that scares the shit out of me. But, I do think I'd look good with implants.

This is simply bullshit. Cardi danced for years, got her boobs done early on in her dancing career, and was far more popular than her "competitors," which is why she ended up such a popular stripper that she became Instagram famous, got paid to host at clubs, and consequently got a spot on the reality show "Love and Hip Hop" which led to her rapping career taking off. If anything, her fake boobs helped her career. And dancing is what helped her get a platform that led to her rapping success and she is now a multimillionaire.

The difference is absolute. You'd have to literally never seen a natural big booty a day in your life to tell. She, like anyone in the entertainment industry has always inflated her self-worth and woefully lacked her own understanding of money. I've seen her in real life. If she ever had luxury anything, half the time it was due to her previous drug dealer boyfriends. She wasn't buying a gucci wallet herself or a rolex if she ever had one before the fame. Not to mention, not ONLY was she doing stripping back in the day, she was also jumping into reality antics, underground rap, probably helping pushing coke, because that's what you do in the bronx.
