If you believe, you have a better chance to achieve.

I agree. Why water, rice, and veggies? Why not water, rice, veggies, and lean protein? The protein will fill you up and help staunch any muscle loss during your cutting phase.
I have an easier suggestion juicebox69: purchase a scale that reads out in kg instead of pounds. Then you can feel good about yourself and still eat the chackin fangers.
We all know the fanger is the most brilliant part of the chackin!
Seriously though, if you are being serious then my fingers are crossed that you are successful. But I would not go all carb. If anything, cut the carbs and go lean protein. Chackin is still fine, just avoid it in fried and fangered form. Use Chobani yogurt as a treat instead of ice cream or other sweats (in moderation of course). Good luck you crazy man! ;)
Honest advice... pick a reasonable diet / eating schedule that you can live with long term. I've seen guys lose lots of weight with fad or extreme diets, and they usually wind up putting it all back on.
Pick up a copy of Eat To Live by Furhman. Not only can you lose weight rapidly, you train your body to keep it off. The key is to maximize your nutrition-to-calorie ratio. Plenty of fruits and vegetables. Lean protein. Almost no simple carbs. No rice.
Way to go J-Box! Fasting is the way to go. Most days I’ll go 10pm till noon without eating. (Breakfast is bullshit). I get up and drink water and not hungry all day.
BTW try the 2 week potato challenge. I dropped a quick 15 in 2 weeks.

I am down 40 since mother’s day. Eat as many taters as you want for those 2 weeks. Now I do just taters(2) most days with a little butter and salt. Nothing like a hot baked russet to fill you up with yummy taste.
As many as I want? I think I would probably *gain* weight doing it that way LOL. So you've been doing this for way longer than two weeks then. You're not worried about a vitamin deficiency or something like that? And isn't eating butter cheating? If I can eat butter, I might be able to do this thing, too.
The first 2 weeks are a detox. Just the taters. Now most weekdays I’ll do the taters with some seasoning and butter (Kerrygold) and some steamed veg. Weekends I’ll do some protein with.
Taters have gotten a bad rap, they are very healthy (google it).
Remember sugar is the devil.
No they are full of vitamin C, & B6, potassium, calcium, & iron.
The only side effect I have found is energy, too much of it. I have only been sleeping 4-5 hours since I started this.
Brush your teeth whenever you feel hungry. Kills your appetite.
Get extra Atkins shakes, mix with water and ice, keep your belly full of low-(zero)-impact-carb liquids. Learn that you're going to squirt out the rear hole.
If you really get to wanting to eat food, then get on the internet and stare at porn. Whack off. The adrenaline and testosterone will help your metabolism move away from the cravings.
Use exercise (first) as a way to increase your metabolism. Don't "count calories" as much as try to "sleep hot." Use exercise (second) as a way to increase overall muscle mass, which, in turn, ALSO helps boost metabolism, to "sleep hot." A long-duration exhausting jog in the park is ok but not ideal; some load-bearing exercises, and a brisk but shorter walk is probably better.
Dan: The biggest and most unexpected change was losing so much body fat in the 30 days. I lost 19.6 pounds by the end of the month and ate 60 pounds of bacon during that same time! Crazy right? My energy was good the entire time and my doctor was quite impressed with my blood work. I had a complete blood panel done before and after this experiment. My blood pressure dropped 30 points, my cholesterol numbers looked good, and my liver markers were perfect. My Dr. told me, “Keep doing whatever it is that you’re doing because it’s working!” I still eat bacon most days for breakfast.
Fuck, I'm willing to try the bacon diet, too. Anything is better than cutting calories and exercising - fuck that shit! I don't know about Juice, but I want a quick fix. The only thing is, I think if someone is going to try both the bacon diet and the potato diet, one right after the other, you should probably do the potato diet first. It would be bad to get yourself into ketosis (where you've primed your body to burn fat for energy) only to suddenly transition to a high-carb potato diet afterwards... you would probably feel sluggish from the sudden lack of dietary fat and you might gain some weight back. So what do you guys think - one month of potatoes followed by one month of bacon? By the end of the summer, I bet Juice will be so ripped that these sugar bitches will be paying him instead of the other way around. The only thing is, how do you get any fiber on the bacon diet? After 30 days, you would be pretty much backed up and constipated.
Two straight months of bacon!? I think you'll need MackTruck to come and unclog your shitter after that ordeal is over and you finally get some fiber into your system! ;)
Forget that bullshit Juice, just keep doing what you’re doing don’t listen to the noise, I did it through eating right, and exercise
I swim one hour every day, it’s easier on my body than anything else, and it’s a great workout, probably the most complete workouts you’ll ever get.
Weight is simple. Calories in versus calories out. Then rev up your metabolism and get enough sleep. It gets more difficult when you have to get up early for work, are sleepy, drink soda or coffee and eat more because you didn't get enough sleep, then try to get back to normal on your time off. My weight is back to what it was last Sunday after drinking sodas at work, a baconator or 2 during the week and having extra time off to sleep in this week. I like ordering the son of the baconator at Wendy's. Now when they mess up my order, I get extra food. The baconator is probably not good for weight loss.
How about a bacon-and-avocado diet? I don't think there's any fiber in bacon, but if you eat at least one avocado per day you'll still shit right. Any thoughts, guys?

If so, somebody has tried to convince you that fried chakin is rice and veggies and that four loko is water! ;)

Congrats on losing 100 lbs. and good luck on your quest to lose more!
Once I accomplish this I'll have lost 250
I'd surprise you with the composition of muscle to fat ratio

Take a long ride in your pickup truck - without knowing if there’s enough gas - as the walk home will be good cardio!

Just curious, how long have you kept those 15 lbs off? How many potatoes did you allow yourself to eat per day/meal?

Nothing to lose but these stubborn 20 lbs, I mean
