Cool new feature here on TUSCL

I just noticed during the latest wave of changes to this site that there is a cool new feature where if you click on a user’s avatar, it enlarges the picture.

Now, I imagine a bunch of you are going to look for threads that BJ and Poledancer have commented on so you can see an enlarged picture of their goods...at least that’s what I did ;)

Would be nice if when Founder did an upgrade he'd post a thread w.r.t. what has been taken-away and what has been added.

unless your picture is really old and was once upon a time down-sampled.
I ran right to my ATF avatar (scatterbrain) and :*(

This new feature is awesome! And yes, the first profiles I went to find were Bj99 and Amelia. Lol!

If you haven't already, check out Poledancer's avatar close-up. It's like Viagra.

I like it, although, seems many avatars can't be enlarged well.

I really like this feature except that it means I need to upload an HD picture...

I don't have any complaints about this site and something like this makes me like it even more. Thank you Founder for being responsive to our PL input.

It might lead to people changing their avatars to more high quality images since a lot of people's avatars are blurry when enlarged. I don't think I'll get used to the new sidebar, though

Nice feature; I will start putting more time into my avatars. Are we still limited in file size to.... what was it 2MB?

Check out Chessmaster's avatar! Also agree on BJ99 and Poledancer. I now have a whole new reason to scroll discussions I would otherwise skip.

Yeah, my avatar looks like shit/blurry - looks alright in landscape mode in my profile but could still look better - need to find a better pic

Yeah, I wish that was me. That's pornstar Karlee Gray in an episode of Pawn shop sex or whatever it's called:

The ability to enlarge avatars is cool now that it works. They mostly still look goofy un-enlarged.

Yeah - the sidebar (menu at times appearing on the right side of the screen) sucks.

As one that supports data interfaces, I catch myself changing something that has worked just fine for years. I stop and really evaluate what better purpose, result, whatever the new way will produce.

About this time I realize I was changing something that worked fine so I'd have something to do. I get in a "change for the sake of change" trap. An old saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" Seems a common thing among "we" types.
