What I have found is if your dating civilian women keep the conversation away from strippers or strip clubbing.
Once I had a middleaged, fat civie gal ask "just what is it you guys see in strippers."
I said "Well they are hott, young, half naked, uninhibited, and like to fuck." All of which she wasn't.
Lets just say the conversation went downhill after that.

If dating girl dealing-with-customers (waitress, hostess, hotel, etc.) then it is OK. And they love to get nasty at the club! Wish I had buck for every waitress I took to SC after her night shift to get the action started. Professional gal (doctor, lawyer, dentist, etc.) is MEGA no-go, and if you do then you just fucked up a meal ticket for life.
If married then it becomes way to get guys hot, and becomes foreplay. There are some clubs in Atlanta that have lots of couples on weekends. It gets daddy's dick hard for mommy!

I did have a girlfriend (decades ago) who was curious about strippers and very kind (if a little condescending) when she spoke to dancers at a club I took her to. Other "civi" women I have known were very hostile about "those whores" if the subject of SCs every came up. Several women I have known lump Hooters waitresses in with strippers.
Jealous, likely. Insecure about their own bodies - also possible. Staking out a position to "protect" her own reputation - very likely.
I agree that it's a huge generalization, especially in today's world. When my co workers & I invite some of our straight (or maybe bi-curious) female coworkers to the SC most come along and have fun. The bigger factor apparently is age, not gender. When we've asked the older women (& the older guys for that matter too) they weren't interested and turned their noses up at the very idea. But the younger gals were on board with it.
I think some civilian ladies hate strippers because they only know about the stereotypes. Chicks who have been to a few clubs usually realize that most clubs aren't filthy brothels with junkie hookers stumbling around begging for $5 blow jobs with crabs crawling out if their dirty g-string. When I started stripping my vanilla friends were seriously sketched out. They thought I was going to get gang banged and assigned to a pimp. After they came in to see me they realized that strip clubs aren't all that bad....
I wouldn't say they all do, but I made the mistake of talking about them once with one of my young female coworkers and all she could say about it was it was all a bunch of exploitation. I told her that working our job together was a bunch of exploitation, but naturally, she didn't see any truth in that. I think she was just jealous of the fact there are girls who like to show off their bodies, which isn't surprising considering this is the one genuine fat girl at work. The odd thing about her is she is supposedly a lesbian and you would think she, of all the ladies at work, would be the most into it, but I suppose not all lesbian ladies are like lopaw.
Seems like there are many members here who say strippers are not women to marry or even date for reasons other than to get a piece. Is it any surprise that non-strippers want to distance themselves from being the target of those attitudes?

I don't know why you would discuss strip clubs with middle aged civi women, but I have seen some at some of the places I go. Granted they aren't the most attractive ladies, but the few I have seen are no less inhibited than the 20-something ladies I typically see. I've even seen these barely legal girls pull these older ladies up onstage at one of my regular clubs and strip them naked and it's like they are taking their own mother's clothes off.

@ilbbaicnl - My ATF is also a friend but I would never date a stripper with the intention of a LTR because they are all flakes, including my ATF.
They can't keep appointments, they can't handle money, are usually chemically dependent and if they're fucking me they are likely fucking other people too, including my ATF. Which is fine for a FWB thing which is what we are, but not so good for a truly serious relationship where she has free access to your money.

Why not discuss strip clubs with middle aged civi women? If they are up for it why not? Its not like you are trying to date them or anything. If an older lady wanted to check out a club and asked me I would take her. It would be like hanging out with a buddy at the club.

Many women believe that sex is the only real card they have to play. Granting or withholding sex is a means to an end--marriage, favors, presents or male submissiveness. Strippers, escorts or just wild young girls are a threat to civilian women's ability to control men. If I can get sex anywhere and anytime, legally, why do I have to listen to BS from one woman who wants to control me through withholding. The struggle for power continues.
