Yes, stay at cascadas! Get the VIP card to save 20% on your rooms those nights. Azul and Senda Norte are the two restaurants connected to the hotels and are pretty good.
Just uber to San Ysidoro from the airport, don't spend the $150 for the HK service. If feeling adventurous you can also do the blue line to the border.
I was there last week on a Thursday and it had the most girls I've ever seen at HK. You are going to love this place! Lol

Depends on the girl, it happens but not the norm. You can try and negotiate with her beforehand just make sure no other chicas or maseros are within earshot as girls aren't going to want it known to their coworkers they offer these services.

I'd say go for it, they usually have the 3rd floor and Miami section open now on weekends so it's not as bad as you'd think, crowd wise.

There's an app that will send you available appointments daily. I think it's $19 bucks but from what I read it can get you in quick. It might be the .com provided up above.

Yea, can confirm. Had a Chica try that last week in the Miami room. luckily the Masero checked with me 1st. I said no, 1 cervesa.. almost made me not want to arriba with her but still did and was glad I did. They get 3 drink tickets for the $30 wine bottle. lol

The first few times I went I did the FMM form online but have never been asked for it, but if it gives you piece of mind it's easy to fill n print. Just provide if they ask otherwise they'll just look at your PP.
Sundays are great days to be at HK IMO, I'll be there Sunday - Tuesday as well.
Don't get caught up in the rules at HK too much, your still going to have the time of your life. CC has been improving over the last few months and I always make my way down the street to check it out.
