Ninas point isn’t correct. It relies on cops being corrupt and blindly believing a dancer over a client. The text exchange would clearly show the truth. I dont think you can successfully argue you felt threatened because someone called you or your loved one a thief. And even if so, you wouldn’t be able to threaten to attack them weeks after the text.

Threatening someone, then lying or making false accusations on top of it would only make things worse. False accusations/arrests are illegal, which is why you cant go around accusing people of random things just because you dislike them
