Then i got the meetup invitation after xmas which seemed fishy, it could be a setup, it coild be she just really needed holiday money as some on here mentioned

IVe only been to clubs where money is paid upfront, so there’s no such thing as not compensating a dancer.
You dont need to tip. Theyre not servers. Ive paid higher dance prices for extras. A tip isn’t required if you’re spending hundreds in vip.
Nina, you cant make things up though. The text exchange shows very clear context, dancer was crazy enough to threaten in writing, and it was all in response to her or her kid being insulted.
You can say you felt threatened by someone calling your kid a thief over text, but its just not the same as actually threatening someone. Otherwise we wouldn’t have freedom of speech, anyone could just attack someone over anything and say they felt threatened because someone insulted them or said something offensive.
Anyway, the dancer also invited me to the club to come see her and talk. Who knows if it was genuine or some sort of setup. I really dont think you can legally attack someone or shoot them just because they called your kid a thief or told you to get fucked in prison.
If you can make up anyone threatening you then anybody can just call the cops on anyone and say this person threatened me

It is sad though one local grocery store was throwing out hundreds of dollars worth of sushi one night. They didn’t want to give it to customers probably because it would encourage people to wait until closing. I think the lady mentioned they can’t donate it because it would pass the best by date. I heard places like Starbucks and panera donate leftover stuff. And if you go there near closing you could probably get some free stuff.

There’s a term for it, some people do have a theft addiction and get a thrill or high from it. No doubt it would raise adrenaline for anyone even if they don’t have an addiction.
I have met a few food robbers in my life, and they had the means to buy food, they were just greedy or enjoyed the thrill or entitled. One guys justification for stealing soda was its just sugar and water lol. But the same guy admitted he would steal much pricier things if he could.
I don’t think stealing due to starvation is that common. Look at all these blm protests (which icee engaged in), videos of places like target being looted and destroyed. People are going for the highest price items they can get, usually electronics. Same with the mall store lootings. Its stealing an expensive pair of shoes or electronics for personal usage or to resell and get something else.

Nixur68 but is it legal for them to scan ids and store the information from them? In order to keep track of who is banned or whatever else, they would need to be storing the data from the IDs. Can they legally scan and save IDs if they don’t inform attendees that their ID info will be stored?
At some of these clubs the bouncers will even lie (or they dont know) and claim the ID machine is just verifying if the ID is real.

Cash, that’s a disingenuous argument. I never claimed someone can be sued over using a pistol emoji- that wasn’t implied either. Something being illegal doesn’t mean you need to sue someone for it, or that you should sue for it. Do you think people who commit crimes have to be sued to be held accountable?
Anyway, there are probably states where death threats are illegal. You’re also focusing on one aspect while ignoring the point. It wasn’t a joke message with a 🔫 emoji... it was a typed out death threat that also included the emoji.

Icee what you’re referring to may be rare. Eating excess calories can make you fat, big belly etc but morbidly obese may be some issue like cushings syndrome. You have to look at how many calories are being consumed.
Additionally not all calories are equal... for instance protein calories dont store as fat as easily. Fructose isnt as fattening as glucose. The omega 6 and omeg 3 oils are supposedly more fattening than other fats
