Dancer threatened me

This dancer has previously been to jail for frauding over $10,000 via identity theft etc. However, it was a very short stay because she paid bail and then paid more fines in court. IMO she took advantage of a very lenient system when it comes to theft/property rights and got off with a slap on the wrist basically. Anyway the dancer is somewhat of a ROB, she didn’t really ROB me personally but in the past has bragged about robbing another customer. She didn’t specifically describe how she robbed him but was bragging about trying to get more money off him. I’m guessing she offered some sort of extras but didn’t follow through? Her dance style is grinding the thighs for most of the dance time which I consider to be robbing but at the same time, at the time I got dances from her I didn’t care about LDKing and she was giving me certain other extras so the thigh grinding wasn’t an issue then. Anyway I stopped seeing her cause it got boring, months later i wanted to see her again but she was extremely pissed that I had stopped seeing her as regularly. Since she was a ROB, convicted criminal and continues to be a ROB ITC I told her some offensive things like she should go get fucked in prison, and that her son is probably a dirty scammer like her. She threatened to kill me over text, threatened to have someone waiting for me at the club. She even used a gun emoji. Is it safe to go back to that club as long as I ignore her? I dont want to get hurt, but at the same time, I do want her to try something to where I can arrest her. She got off the hook too easily for her past crimes, and IMO should be jailed permanently. I think she has done some other robbing she hasn’t officially gotten in trouble for, plus the strip club robbing. Additionally the club is posting new dancers so it is getting tempting to go see them, and also see what this dancer would do! I never told management about this because i think she would hunt me down if she got fired and knew it involved me. It seems she hasn’t told management anything either, maybe to stay out of trouble but I also think she tries to follow some sort of street gangster code of not snitching, otherwise she would have already spread some sort of lies about me. The club scans IDs, which is kind of concerning. Anyway if a dancer rides the thighs for most of the dance I still see it as robbing if she does this to first time unsuspecting buyers. It’s different if you’ve gotten dances before and know exactly what you’re getting before paying.

    If this is real - which I doubt - then I think this guy is very intimidated when dealing with women - and likely impotent. My advice (if this actually occurred) is for the OP to stop acting like a little boy, and act like a man. Don’t make threats and accusations unless you are prepared to back them up. It appears he has developed a reputation for not compensating dancers - and not tipping. Maybe word has gotten around that he is not a worthwhile customer - and dancers have no interest in dealing with him?

    Cash thats untrue. IVe only been to clubs where money is paid upfront, so there’s no such thing as not compensating a dancer. You dont need to tip. Theyre not servers. Ive paid higher dance prices for extras. A tip isn’t required if you’re spending hundreds in vip. Nina, you cant make things up though. The text exchange shows very clear context, dancer was crazy enough to threaten in writing, and it was all in response to her or her kid being insulted. You can say you felt threatened by someone calling your kid a thief over text, but its just not the same as actually threatening someone. Otherwise we wouldn’t have freedom of speech, anyone could just attack someone over anything and say they felt threatened because someone insulted them or said something offensive. Anyway, the dancer also invited me to the club to come see her and talk. Who knows if it was genuine or some sort of setup. I really dont think you can legally attack someone or shoot them just because they called your kid a thief or told you to get fucked in prison. If you can make up anyone threatening you then anybody can just call the cops on anyone and say this person threatened me

    I think GMD and Ishmael are most likely correct with their comments. However, Nina makes a great point. This OP likely can’t control his mouth and he probably went off on the wrong dancer. I know some guys think they are tough guys, and they like to talk tough. But, they can mess with the wrong person, and then they can be in for a rude awakening.     Ninas point isn’t correct. It relies on cops being corrupt and blindly believing a dancer over a client. The text exchange would clearly show the truth. I dont think you can successfully argue you felt threatened because someone called you or your loved one a thief. And even if so, you wouldn’t be able to threaten to attack them weeks after the text. I havwnt seen anyone able to successfully attack someone because they got called a thief. Ninas post is exactly what you dont want to do. Threatening someone, then lying or making false accusations on top of it would only make things worse. False accusations/arrests are illegal, which is why you cant go around accusing people of random things just because you dislike them
