Okay Puddy, yeah, constitution is the law, yet many on the right cherrypick which parts to follow and not follow.
Constitution is the law yet republicans dont support free speech, free beliefs, free religion… they dont even support private property rights depending on what your beliefs are. They’d probably ban gays from owning private property if they could.
They dont support an open dress code. A ninja outfit, Islamic Niqab and Batman outfits should all be illegal according to them. Public nudity isnt allowed either because its not socially conservative. You basically need to dress blue collar, white collar, or military gear. A nun outfit is fine if your skin color is white, if its brown… well then its not allowed because it’s something else. Lol
There are SOME on the right but theyre a slim minority. Thomas massie, ron paul, possibly rand Paul, gary johnson, maybe a couple others.

Oh yeah heres another.
The left wants to ban anyone from wearing a white ghost outfit/the KKK klan robes. The right wants to ban the Moslem Niqab outfit. Both outfits are very similar, one is black one is white. Ironically the left is more likely to engage in anti white racism while the right more likely to be anti black racist.
The left is more liberal when it comes to nudity, whereas the right wants public nudity banned. Because it goes against Judeo Christian values, not because it is actually a moral issue in itself.

Numerous right wingers have come out and said they dont think Moslems or atheists should be able to run for office.

You can in fact be legally attacked for using the N word if the person successfully argues they felt threatened. I think it has been considered a “fighting word” in the past. Normally, you can say pretty racist shit to people of any race, but the N word is an exception that it appears you can actually be attacked for. Look at the numerous online videos of people being attacked for saying it, and the perpetrators got away with attacking .

So the constitution is supposedly infallible, perfect, correct on everything including supreme court justices having indefinite terms…
Other than free speech/religion/belief. The constitution was wrong there, according to many conservatives there are many religions/speech/beliefs that need to be restricted.

The right and left both have favored groups they want to restrict speech on. For the left its lgbtq and perhaps some minorities. For instance you probably can be legally attacked for calling someone the N word. They could say they felt threatened, and basically get away with attacking someone for saying the N word even if no other threatening language is used alongside it.
The right- wants to make it legal for people to be attacked for using the word untermemsch or any anti israeli/anti jewish speech. You admitted to this yourself.
As far as “middle east more likely” it doesn’t really matter because it doesnt change my point. Many on the right want to totally ban certain religions and speech. Its not just about immigration policy. So when you respond with “middle eastern people are more likely to be violent..” it doesnt debunk anything i said. Many if not most on the right, want many restrictions when it comes to which religions can be practiced and which speech can be used

They want to ban certain religions and speech entirely, whether the people involved are citizens or not. Its not just about immigration. Its about restrictions on certain religions, beliefs, speech

Its racist and discriminatory to assume someone is a freeloader or terrorist because of their race, religion, gender, nationality… etc.. additionally those things arent done exclusively by any one race or nationality. America itself isnt racist. It isn’t systemically racist. But many on the right unfortunately are racist and proudly and openly admit that they dont want certain races and religions entering the country or being practiced. There are many on the right who dont want Atheism, Islam, Buddhism or Hinduism to be practiced. And dont want people affiliated with those religions to be allowed to enter the country.
The left is better at capturing those demographics because of how the right openly talks about not wanting them around. By your own admission orange… you had that banking client you didnt want around but were forced to deal with him.
Many on the right want america to be a Judeo Christian society and not a secular society. With exception; if its an Indian or middle eastern Christian- they dont want them either.
