Based on your story, you have have no relationship and you're doing more with the side chick than with her, so I see no reason to salvage the relationship.
You didn't provide a reason in your story as to why you would want to stay with your wife other than the worry of losing financially in a divorce....and even then, you're not concerned about that.

The general rule of thumb is whoever is the breadwinner, and paying most of the bills, gets to have multiple partners.
